呼吸性裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子的瞬態(tài)振動特性分析

【摘要】:旋轉(zhuǎn)機械轉(zhuǎn)子軸萌生裂紋后,瞬態(tài)加速過程中轉(zhuǎn)渦差角時變使裂紋周期性開合,系統(tǒng)發(fā)生不同于穩(wěn)態(tài)情況的振動;谥行暂S法確定裂紋開合,數(shù)值計算了呼吸裂紋引起剛度時變的轉(zhuǎn)子過臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的瞬態(tài)振動,分析裂紋大小、方向角和重力對線性加速轉(zhuǎn)子瞬態(tài)振動的影響,以及定功率加速瞬態(tài)過程中系統(tǒng)振動響應(yīng)及穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),瞬態(tài)條件下帶呼吸裂紋轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)亞諧波共振并不明顯;裂紋越大,過臨界轉(zhuǎn)速時瞬態(tài)振幅越大;在臨界轉(zhuǎn)速附近裂紋瞬時張開會激起很大的振動;定功率加速過程下,若功率不足以提供轉(zhuǎn)子順利穿過臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,則會出現(xiàn)外界扭矩與瞬態(tài)振動的能量耦合,大裂紋還可能造成瞬態(tài)振動發(fā)展成混沌。
[Abstract]:After the sprouting crack in rotor shaft of rotating machinery, the vortex differential angle changes with time during transient acceleration, which makes the crack open and close periodically, and the vibration of the system is different from that of steady state. Based on the neutral axis method to determine the crack opening and closing, the transient vibration of the rotor with time-varying stiffness caused by the respiratory crack is numerically calculated. The effects of crack size, direction angle and gravity on the transient vibration of the linear accelerating rotor are analyzed. And the system vibration response and stability in the transient process of constant power acceleration. The results show that the subharmonic resonance of the rotor system with respiratory crack is not obvious under the transient condition; the larger the crack, the larger the transient amplitude at the over-critical speed, and the larger the vibration is caused by the instantaneous crack opening near the critical speed. In the process of constant power acceleration, if the power is not enough to provide the rotor passing through the critical speed smoothly, the energy coupling of the external torque and the transient vibration will occur, and the large crack may cause the transient vibration to develop into chaos.
