AMS 6308鋼中Cu的析出強(qiáng)化

【摘要】:研究了AMS 6308鋼在不同溫度回火過(guò)程中Cu的強(qiáng)化機(jī)制及其對(duì)力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,150~350℃回火,AMS6308鋼的組織為回火馬氏體,強(qiáng)度和硬度略有增加,韌性下降。400~450℃回火,強(qiáng)度和硬度逐漸增加,這是由大量細(xì)小(10 nm)的ε-Cu相在基體內(nèi)和位錯(cuò)線上析出造成。450℃回火,ε-Cu相析出數(shù)量顯著增加,導(dǎo)致強(qiáng)度和硬度達(dá)到峰值,韌性最差。450℃以上回火,隨溫度提高,ε-Cu相長(zhǎng)大粗化,析出數(shù)量減少,其形態(tài)由球狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘魻罨蚨虠U狀,沉淀強(qiáng)化作用減弱,M6C碳化物長(zhǎng)大,基體發(fā)生回復(fù)再結(jié)晶,強(qiáng)度和硬度顯著下降,韌性逐漸提高。
[Abstract]:The strengthening mechanism of Cu and its effect on mechanical properties of AMS 6308 steel during tempering at different temperatures were studied.
