廣布疲勞損傷裂紋萌生壽命概率分布分析模型

【摘要】:提出了一種廣布疲勞損傷裂紋萌生壽命概率分布的分析模型。通過研究廣布疲勞損傷敏感結(jié)構(gòu)中裂紋萌生機(jī)理,將多細(xì)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)裂紋萌生壽命的取值事件轉(zhuǎn)化為3個(gè)獨(dú)立事件的積事件,前者的發(fā)生概率等于3個(gè)獨(dú)立事件發(fā)生概率的乘積,3個(gè)獨(dú)立事件的發(fā)生概率可由單細(xì)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)裂紋萌生壽命的概率分布求得。從而可由單細(xì)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)裂紋萌生壽命概率分布得到多細(xì)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)中依次出現(xiàn)的各條裂紋的萌生壽命的概率分布。進(jìn)行了單細(xì)節(jié)帶孔板與多細(xì)節(jié)帶孔板的裂紋萌生試驗(yàn),并利用本文分析模型對(duì)多細(xì)節(jié)帶孔板的裂紋萌生壽命進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)。預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好,表明該模型是有效的。
[Abstract]:An analytical model of probability distribution of fatigue crack initiation life is proposed. By studying the mechanism of crack initiation in wide-spread fatigue damage-sensitive structures, the value events of crack initiation life of multi-detail structures are transformed into the product events of three independent events. The occurrence probability of the former is equal to the product of the occurrence probability of the three independent events. The occurrence probability of three independent events can be obtained from the probability distribution of crack initiation life of single detail structure. Thus, the probability distribution of crack initiation life of multi-detail structures can be obtained from the probability distribution of crack initiation life of single-detail structure. In this paper, the crack initiation test of single and multi-detail plate with holes is carried out, and the crack initiation life of the plate with multiple details is predicted by using the analytical model in this paper. The predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the model is effective.
