【摘要】：針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)鏈在著陸階段存在盲區(qū)和塔臺(tái)無(wú)法獲得著陸飛機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)姿態(tài)、接地參數(shù)等問(wèn)題,提出利用多功能光電跟蹤技術(shù)建立飛機(jī)著陸實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)出飛機(jī)著陸監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)方案。由于光電跟蹤平臺(tái)的視場(chǎng)有界,無(wú)法保證著陸飛機(jī)準(zhǔn)確進(jìn)入光電設(shè)備視場(chǎng),采用精密進(jìn)場(chǎng)雷達(dá)(PAR)牽引光電轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)對(duì)準(zhǔn)即將著陸飛機(jī)的方式,輔助光電設(shè)備捕獲目標(biāo)飛機(jī),再經(jīng)過(guò)圖像檢測(cè)算法處理,檢測(cè)出目標(biāo)飛機(jī),進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)入跟蹤鎖定,計(jì)算出最終下降階段目標(biāo)飛機(jī)的姿態(tài)和偏航信息。詳細(xì)闡述了該系統(tǒng)的PAR初始化光電設(shè)備的方法、步驟。該系統(tǒng)在飛機(jī)下降階段輔助塔臺(tái)指揮,實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)著陸過(guò)程的監(jiān)視與評(píng)估,滿足未來(lái)作戰(zhàn)飛機(jī)精密進(jìn)近引導(dǎo)的著陸保障和訓(xùn)練要求,具有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of blind area in the landing phase of data link and the failure of tower to obtain real-time attitude and ground parameters of landing aircraft, a real-time monitoring and evaluation system for aircraft landing is established by using multi-function photoelectric tracking technology. The technical scheme of aircraft landing monitoring and evaluation system is designed. Because the field of view of the photoelectric tracking platform is bounded, it is impossible to guarantee the landing plane to enter the field of view of optoelectronic equipment accurately. The precision approach radar (PAR) traction photoelectric turntable is used to aim at the incoming landing plane to assist the optoelectronic equipment to capture the target aircraft. After processing the image detection algorithm, the target aircraft is detected and then turned into tracking and locking to calculate the attitude and yaw information of the target aircraft in the final descent stage. The method and steps of initializing the photoelectric device by PAR of the system are described in detail. The system assists the tower command in the descent stage, realizes the monitoring and evaluation of the entire landing process, and meets the landing support and training requirements of the future combat aircraft for precision approach guidance. It has a high practical value.
