系列環(huán)狀螯合硼酸酯鍵合劑的合成及工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為解決硼酸酯鍵合劑易水解的問(wèn)題,選擇酯化和酯交換的方法合成出了2個(gè)系列共8種環(huán)狀螯合硼酸酯鍵合劑,用FTIR、1H NMR、硼含量和羥值測(cè)定表征產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)。采用單因素法和正交實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,探究各系列硼酸酯鍵合劑的最佳合成條件。結(jié)果表明,硼酸酯成環(huán)后耐水解性提高;CBA1系列采用酯化法,合成最優(yōu)工藝為二醇與硼酸的摩爾比為2∶1.4,溫度為105℃,收率為98.4%;CBA2系列采用酯交換法,合成最優(yōu)條件為硼酸、二醇、連接單體的摩爾比為1∶1.05∶0.45,溫度為105℃,收率為97.2%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of easy hydrolysis of borate ester bond agent, two series of eight kinds of cyclic chelate borate bond agents were synthesized by esterification and transesterification. The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR,1H NMR, boron content and hydroxyl value. Single factor method and orthogonal experiment were used to study the optimum synthesis conditions of each series of borate ester bonding agents. The results showed that the hydrolysis resistance of borate ester was improved by esterification method.
