HAN基液體推進(jìn)劑噴霧場(chǎng)液滴尺寸分布的簡(jiǎn)化模型

【摘要】:為了建立HAN基液體推進(jìn)劑噴霧場(chǎng)液滴尺寸分布的簡(jiǎn)化模型,基于最大熵原理,在質(zhì)量守恒與概率和為定值的約束條件下,用拉格朗日因子法則推導(dǎo)了液滴尺寸分布函數(shù),將該函數(shù)應(yīng)用于HAN基液體推進(jìn)劑模擬工質(zhì)噴霧場(chǎng)液滴尺寸的預(yù)估;采用相位多普勒粒子動(dòng)態(tài)分析儀(PDA)測(cè)量了HAN基液體推進(jìn)劑模擬工質(zhì)在1.8~2.6MPa噴射壓力下對(duì)撞式噴嘴霧化液滴尺寸分布;通過(guò)最小二乘法優(yōu)化Nukiyama-Tanasawa分布函數(shù)式中的q值對(duì)數(shù)目微分分布進(jìn)行了修正,擬合得到q值與噴射壓力p之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系為q(p)=-0.344p2+1.525p+1.268。結(jié)果表明,計(jì)算得出的液滴尺寸數(shù)目微分分布與HAN基液體推進(jìn)劑噴霧場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)變化趨勢(shì)相符,表明建立的液滴尺寸分布模型是合理的。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a simplified model of droplet size distribution in the spray field of HAN based liquid propellants, based on the maximum entropy principle, the droplet size distribution function is derived by Lagrange factor rule under the constraint conditions of mass conservation and probability sum. This function is applied to the prediction of droplet size in the spray field of HAN based liquid propellant. A phase Doppler particle dynamic analyzer (PDA) was used to measure the size distribution of atomized droplets of HAN based liquid propellant under 1.8~2.6MPa injection pressure. The number differential distribution is modified by using the Q value in the Nukiyama-Tanasawa distribution function by the least square method. The function relationship between the Q value and the injection pressure p is obtained as q (p) = -0.344p21.525p 1.268. The results show that the calculated differential distribution of droplet size is consistent with the measured data of the spray field of HAN based liquid propellant, which indicates that the model of droplet size distribution is reasonable.
