一種面向航班準點率保障的航班協(xié)同調(diào)度評價模型

【摘要】:為了保障航班的準點率,對航班調(diào)度過程中空管、航空公司和機場之間的協(xié)同狀況進行評價,構建一種面向航班準點率保障的航班協(xié)同調(diào)度評價模型。基于某一時間段內(nèi)機場航班進港時間平均偏離值、出港時間平均偏離值、保障完成時間平均偏離值、目標撤輪擋時間準確率和計算起飛時間準確率,建立航班協(xié)同調(diào)度的指標體系;采用關聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘的方法確定各指標對航班協(xié)同調(diào)度及航班延誤影響的閾值;結合模糊層次分析法和綜合評價法,對各單位在航班調(diào)度過程中的協(xié)同狀況給出量級評價。實驗表明:該模型能夠科學有效地評價各單位在航班調(diào)度過程中的協(xié)同狀況,對于優(yōu)化航班保障、提高航班放行正常率具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the on-time rate of flight, the paper evaluates the coordination among air traffic control, airline and airport in the process of flight scheduling, and constructs an evaluation model of flight coordination scheduling oriented to the guarantee of flight punctuality. Based on the average departure value of airport flight entry time and departure time in a certain period of time, the average departure value of completion time, the accuracy rate of target withdrawal and the accuracy of calculating take-off time are guaranteed. Establish the index system of flight coordination scheduling; adopt association rule mining method to determine the threshold of the impact of each index on flight coordination scheduling and flight delay; combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method, The order of magnitude is given to evaluate the coordination of each unit in the process of flight scheduling. The experimental results show that the model can scientifically and effectively evaluate the cooperative status of various units in the process of flight scheduling. It is of great significance to optimize flight guarantee and improve the normal rate of flight release.
