小型螺旋槳?dú)鈩?dòng)特性實(shí)驗(yàn)與數(shù)值仿真研究
[Abstract]:Air propeller is a tool to transform the power of aero-engine into the propulsion force of aircraft. The calculation of propeller performance and wind tunnel experiment are the basis of propeller design and application. According to the actual requirement of propeller experiment in NH2101 wind tunnel laboratory, a platform for wind tunnel experiment of propeller is designed and built. On this basis, the aerodynamic characteristics of a small wooden two-blade propeller are studied experimentally. A preliminary numerical analysis of the experimental model is carried out. First of all, on the basis of understanding the size of wind tunnel experimental section, a small propeller wind tunnel experimental model is designed and manufactured, and a wind tunnel experimental platform including propeller parameter measurement system is designed and built. The measured parameters include propeller pulling force, torque, rotational speed and surface static pressure of the inner fairing of propeller flow. Secondly, the aerodynamic characteristics of a small wooden two-blade propeller were tested. The aerodynamic performance of a small wooden two-blade propeller was studied under different feed ratio, flow velocity, speed and angle of attack. Thirdly, the static pressure of the fairing surface under the influence of propeller slip flow is measured, and the distribution law of the static pressure coefficient in the three sections of the fairing is studied under different rotational speeds, different wind speeds and different angles of attack. Finally, the numerical calculation of the typical state of the model and the propeller experiment is carried out, the simulation results are compared with the experimental values, and the improvements in the experiment and simulation calculation are put forward.
