基于飛參的小幅值載荷循環(huán)對疲勞壽命計算的影響分析

【摘要】:對基于飛參的航空發(fā)動機載荷譜循環(huán)提取方法和損傷計算時轉(zhuǎn)速幅值低于10%的小循環(huán)去除方法進行總結(jié),指出各自優(yōu)缺點;根據(jù)實際飛參數(shù)據(jù)計算分析某型航空發(fā)動機使用過程中的轉(zhuǎn)速循環(huán)分布規(guī)律,基于Miner線性累積損傷理論計算幅值低于10%的轉(zhuǎn)速小循環(huán)對航空發(fā)動機高壓轉(zhuǎn)子部件疲勞損傷的影響,比較分析不同小循環(huán)的去除方法對疲勞損傷計算結(jié)果影響,指出各自優(yōu)缺點;基于EGD-3標準,提出按疲勞強度極限標準去除小循環(huán),并經(jīng)計算驗證其合理性,同時確定某型航空發(fā)動機疲勞計算時轉(zhuǎn)速小循環(huán)去除的敏感系數(shù)為0.3%。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the method of aero-engine load spectrum cycle extraction based on flight parameters and the small cycle removal method in which the amplitude of rotational speed is less than 10% in damage calculation, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of each method. According to the actual flight parameter data, the rotational speed cycle distribution of a certain aero-engine is calculated and analyzed. Based on the linear cumulative damage theory of Miner, the effect of small cycle with amplitude less than 10% on fatigue damage of high pressure rotor parts of aeroengine is calculated, and the effect of different small cycle removal methods on fatigue damage calculation results is compared and analyzed. Based on the EGD-3 standard, the small cycle is removed according to the fatigue strength limit standard, and its rationality is verified by calculation. At the same time, the sensitivity coefficient of the speed small cycle removal in the fatigue calculation of a certain aeroengine is determined to be 0.3.
