某通信干擾飛機(jī)偵察引導(dǎo)子系統(tǒng)自動測試與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著自動測試技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,軍用自動測試設(shè)備已經(jīng)成為武器裝備的重要組成部分,自動測試系統(tǒng)是武器裝備維護(hù)過程中的必要手段,也是武器裝備戰(zhàn)斗力的有力保障,對提高部隊裝備水平和作戰(zhàn)能力具有重要意義。本文以某通信干擾飛機(jī)的任務(wù)系統(tǒng)為測試對象,在詳細(xì)分析偵察引導(dǎo)子系統(tǒng)測試需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了綜合自動測試系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案。該綜合自動測試系統(tǒng)包括自動測試設(shè)備(ATE)、測試程序集(TPS)和自動測試系統(tǒng)軟件平臺。ATE由PXI總線模塊儀器、GPIB臺式儀器,以及系統(tǒng)控制單元、信號陣列接口等組成;TPS由測試適配器(TUA)、測試程序、測試說明文檔組成;自動測試系統(tǒng)軟件平臺能夠完成系統(tǒng)配置、測試程序開發(fā)、測試程序運行。測試適配器是連接ATE與被測設(shè)備(UUT)之間的橋梁,本項目共設(shè)計完成7個適配器,其中6個用于測試、1個用于系統(tǒng)校驗。為了滿足測試設(shè)備通用性和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的要求、以及降低測試設(shè)備成本,適配器采用可拆卸式。本文重點針對某頻段偵察引導(dǎo)子系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了測試適配器,該適配器提供了SPI、RS232、RS422、ARINC429、LAN、KVM等通信接口,并能夠滿足13個單機(jī)設(shè)備的測試。測試程序是基于自動測試系統(tǒng)軟件平臺GPTS3.1開發(fā)的,GPTS3.1為通用測試軟件平臺,采用面向信號的測試過程描述語言ATLAS作為編程語言,該平臺能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)測試程序與系統(tǒng)儀器無關(guān)性設(shè)計。每個UUT對應(yīng)一個測試程序,在測試程序中,每個被測項目定義成一個章節(jié),本文設(shè)計完成了4個測試程序,共24個章節(jié)。本文以射頻接收前端的測試為例,在詳細(xì)介紹其組成模塊測試內(nèi)容以及測試方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對接收靈敏度的故障隔離、故障定位方法、以及測試步驟進(jìn)行了說明,并詳細(xì)分析了故障原因。測試充分表明測試適配器、測試程序穩(wěn)定可靠,測試結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可信,效率高,故障檢出率高,故障隔離準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of automatic test technology, military automatic test equipment has become an important part of weapon equipment. Automatic test system is a necessary means in the process of weapon equipment maintenance, and it is also a powerful guarantee of weapon equipment combat effectiveness. It is of great significance to improve the equipment level and combat capability of troops. This paper takes the mission system of a communication jamming aircraft as the test object and puts forward the overall design scheme of the integrated automatic test system based on the detailed analysis of the test requirements of the reconnaissance and guidance subsystem. The integrated automatic test system includes automatic test equipment (ATE), test assembly (TPS) and automatic test system software platform. Ate is composed of PXI bus module instrument GPIb desktop instrument and system control unit. Signal array interface is composed of test adapter (TUA), test program, test description document, automatic test system software platform can complete system configuration, test program development, test program running. The test adapter is a bridge between ATE and (UUT). This project designs 7 adapters, 6 of which are used for testing and 1 for system verification. In order to meet the requirements of generality and standardization of test equipment and reduce the cost of test equipment, the adapter adopts detachable type. This paper focuses on the design of a test adapter for the reconnaissance and guidance subsystem in a certain frequency band. The adapter provides communication interfaces such as SPIRS232, ARINC429ARINC429LANU KVM, and can meet the test of 13 single equipment. The test program is based on GPTS3.1, an automatic test system software platform, which is a general testing software platform. It uses signal-oriented test process description language (ATLAS) as the programming language. The platform can realize the design of the test program independent of the system instrument. Each UUT corresponds to a test program. In the test program, each item under test is defined as a chapter. In this paper, four test programs have been designed and completed, with a total of 24 chapters. Taking the RF receiver front-end test as an example, this paper describes the fault isolation, fault location method and test steps of the receiving sensitivity on the basis of the detailed introduction of the test contents and test methods of its component modules. The fault causes are analyzed in detail. The test results show that the test adapter is stable and reliable, the test results are accurate and reliable, the efficiency is high, the fault detection rate is high, and the fault isolation is accurate.
