【摘要】：為定量分析影響通用航空維修安全的風險因素,進而有針對性地制定重點安全監(jiān)管內(nèi)容,根據(jù)"人-機-環(huán)-管"模型,建立了通航維修安全風險因素指標體系。通過結合G1法和決策試驗與評價實驗法(DEMATEL),構建基于G1-DEMATEL法的通航維修安全風險因素分析模型。利用G1法計算各個因素指標的權值,再以各指標權值之比建立直接影響矩陣;采用DEMATEL法從中心度和原因度兩個視角對影響通用航空維修安全的各個風險因素進行分析,以確定因素指標間的影響程度及其作用關系。G1-DEMATEL法為定量分析安全風險因素,并確定關鍵因素提供可能性。同時,為局方和通用航空公司制定通航維修安全監(jiān)管內(nèi)容提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively analyze the risk factors affecting the safety of general aviation maintenance, and then to formulate the key safety supervision content, the risk factor index system of navigation maintenance safety is established according to the "man machine ring tube" model. Through combining the G1 method and the decision test and evaluation experiment method (DEMATEL), the navigation maintenance safety based on the G1-DEMATEL method is constructed. The full risk factor analysis model is used to calculate the weights of each factor index by G1 method, and then the direct impact matrix is set up by the ratio of each index weight value, and the risk factors affecting the general aviation maintenance safety are analyzed from two perspectives of central degree and cause degree by DEMATEL method, in order to determine the degree of influence and its effect between the factors and the factors. The.G1-DEMATEL method is a quantitative analysis of the safety risk factors and the determination of the key factors to provide the possibility. At the same time, it provides a valuable reference for the Bureau and the General Aviation Corporation to formulate the safety supervision of navigation maintenance.
