等離子噴涂BSAS環(huán)境障涂層性能研究

【摘要】:采用等離子噴涂工藝在SiC陶瓷表面制備了BSAS環(huán)境障涂層,分析研究了環(huán)境障涂層的微觀結構、結合強度、長期抗氧化性能、抗熱震性能和抗高溫水氧腐蝕性能。結果表明:BSAS環(huán)境障涂層的結合強度為29 MPa,內部結構均勻,無貫穿裂紋和連通氣孔;涂層熱震30次開始有微裂紋,熱震50次后出現貫穿裂紋失效;涂層于空氣中1 200℃/200 h氧化后增重0.24%,內部氧化不明顯;在1 atm、1 200℃、50%H_2O-50%O_2、0.4 m/s高溫水氧環(huán)境中腐蝕150 h后,涂層保護試樣失重0.87 mg/cm2,涂層表面腐蝕厚度小于10μm,無涂層保護的試樣失重3.4 mg/cm~2。
[Abstract]:BSAS environmental barrier coating was prepared on sic ceramic surface by plasma spraying. The microstructure, bonding strength, long-term oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and high temperature water oxygen corrosion resistance of the environmental barrier coating were studied. The results show that the bonding strength of the WBSAS environmental barrier coating is 29 MPA, the internal structure is uniform, and there are no penetrating cracks and continuous ventilation holes, the micro-cracks begin to appear in 30 times of thermal shock, and the failure of penetrating cracks occurs after 50 times of thermal shock.
