水滴撞擊飛濺效應(yīng)對(duì)過(guò)冷大水滴結(jié)冰影響研究

【摘要】:過(guò)冷大水滴(SLD)結(jié)冰的結(jié)冰量較大、位置靠后且容易形成復(fù)雜冰型,對(duì)飛機(jī)氣動(dòng)性能和飛行安全具有更大危害性。在結(jié)冰過(guò)程數(shù)值模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)SLD條件下水滴撞擊的飛濺效應(yīng)及其對(duì)成冰過(guò)程影響進(jìn)行研究。采用結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格和中心有限體積法求解N-S方程獲得空氣流場(chǎng),運(yùn)用拉格朗日法求解水滴流場(chǎng),基于改進(jìn)的Messinger熱力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行翼面結(jié)冰模擬。對(duì)SLD結(jié)冰,采用飛濺碰撞模型,分析了水滴飛濺現(xiàn)象及其對(duì)SLD結(jié)冰過(guò)程的影響,完成了典型翼型結(jié)冰算例的數(shù)值模擬和分析討論,與參考文獻(xiàn)和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比,說(shuō)明了文中計(jì)算模型及計(jì)算方法在模擬SLD結(jié)冰的撞擊飛濺效應(yīng)時(shí)是可行和正確的,獲得的影響規(guī)律和結(jié)論對(duì)于深入研究SLD結(jié)冰具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The supercooled large water droplet (SLD) icing has a large amount of ice formation, which is more harmful to aircraft aerodynamic performance and flight safety due to its position backward and easy to form complex ice form. Based on the numerical simulation of ice forming process, the splash effect of water droplet impact under SLD and its influence on the ice forming process were studied. The air flow field is obtained by solving N-S equation with structured grid and center finite volume method, and the droplet flow field is solved by Lagrangian method. The icing simulation of wing surface is carried out based on the improved Messinger thermodynamic model. For SLD icing, the splash collision model is used to analyze the droplet splash phenomenon and its influence on the SLD icing process. The numerical simulation and analysis of typical airfoil icing examples are completed, which are compared with references and experimental results. It is shown that the calculation model and calculation method are feasible and correct in simulating the impingement splash effect of SLD icing, and the influence rules and conclusions obtained are of important reference value for the further study of SLD icing.
