長(zhǎng)厚比對(duì)正六邊形鋁蜂窩夾層板等效板模型動(dòng)力學(xué)計(jì)算精度的影響

【摘要】:為提高正六邊形鋁蜂窩夾層板的數(shù)值計(jì)算精度,研究了長(zhǎng)厚比對(duì)其等效板模型動(dòng)力學(xué)計(jì)算精度的影響。針對(duì)芯層均勻壁厚的正六邊形鋁蜂窩夾層板,首先研究了它的等效板模型,包括Reissner理論模型、蜂窩板理論模型和層合板低階剪切理論模型;然后,將等效板模型與精細(xì)化模型相同模態(tài)振型的模態(tài)頻率進(jìn)行比較,分析了長(zhǎng)厚比對(duì)等效板模型動(dòng)力學(xué)計(jì)算精度的影響。結(jié)果表明:芯層均質(zhì)化后模型模態(tài)頻率的計(jì)算誤差很小;層合板低階剪切理論模型是計(jì)算精度較高的等效板模型;Reissner理論模型在長(zhǎng)厚比為7.37時(shí)計(jì)算精度最低,蜂窩板理論模型對(duì)厚板的計(jì)算精度比薄板低,層合板低階剪切理論模型對(duì)厚板的計(jì)算精度比薄板高。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of numerical calculation of hexagonal aluminum honeycomb sandwich plates, the effect of the ratio of length to thickness on the dynamic calculation accuracy of the equivalent plate model is studied. For hexagonal aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate with uniform wall thickness of core layer, the equivalent plate model, including Reissner theory model, honeycomb plate theory model and low order shear theory model of laminated plate, is studied firstly. The effect of the ratio of length to thickness on the dynamic calculation accuracy of the equivalent plate model is analyzed by comparing the modal frequencies of the equivalent plate model with that of the refined model. The results show that the calculation error of the modal frequency of the model is very small after homogenization of the core layer, the low order shear theory model of laminated plate is the equivalent plate model with high accuracy, and the Reissner model has the lowest accuracy when the ratio of length to thickness is 7.37. The calculation accuracy of honeycomb plate model is lower than that of thin plate, and that of laminated plate model is higher than that of thin plate.
