【摘要】:商用飛機的設(shè)備選型是一項綜合技術(shù)性和經(jīng)濟性等多重復(fù)雜因素的工作,是一個復(fù)雜的多目標決策問題。對于飛機制造商而言,應(yīng)合理地設(shè)置選項,開發(fā)出適應(yīng)客戶要求的產(chǎn)品,為提高市場占有率打好基礎(chǔ);對于航空公司客戶,應(yīng)對設(shè)備選型進行科學合理的決策,以使購置的飛機適應(yīng)市場需求,在保證安全性的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)最佳的經(jīng)濟性。研究商用飛機設(shè)備選項的評價方法,無論對于民機制造商抑或航空公司客戶都是非常必要的。本文在分析常見評價方法優(yōu)缺點的基礎(chǔ)上,對飛機設(shè)備選項中必選設(shè)備的多選問題和可選設(shè)備的最優(yōu)選擇問題進行了評價分析,主要開展了以下研究:(1)以制造商的視角來考慮設(shè)備類的初選,以通用性、可靠性、性能、經(jīng)濟性為一級指標,建立了面向制造商的設(shè)備選項評估模型。采用多目標規(guī)劃的方法對面向制造商的設(shè)備選項模型進行求解;(2)從客戶的角度出發(fā),在初選的基礎(chǔ)上對設(shè)備類進行精選。以可靠性、維修性、性能和經(jīng)濟性為一級指標,建立面向客戶的設(shè)備選項評估模型。先后采用層次加權(quán)法對設(shè)備類選項進行評估;運用經(jīng)濟分析法研究了設(shè)備選項的投入產(chǎn)出問題;采用直接運行成本分析法進行設(shè)備選項的評價。(3)對上述方法進行了實例驗證研究。通過飛機防撞設(shè)備實例,對建立的一整套指標體系進行了驗證。結(jié)果表明,基于面向制造商到面向客戶的一體化飛機設(shè)備選項評估方法合理有效。通過對加裝翼尖小翼各類經(jīng)濟指標進行直接成本計算,獲得加裝所需成本和潛在收益,驗證了直接運行成本分析法的合理性和科學性。
[Abstract]:The equipment selection of commercial aircraft is a complex and complex work, such as technology and economy. It is a complex multi-objective decision problem.For aircraft manufacturers, it is necessary to set options reasonably, develop products that meet customer requirements, and lay a good foundation for increasing market share; for airline customers, we should make scientific and reasonable decisions on equipment selection.In order to make the purchased aircraft adapt to the market demand and achieve the best economy on the basis of ensuring safety.It is necessary for both civil aircraft manufacturer and airline customer to study the evaluation method of commercial aircraft equipment options.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common evaluation methods, this paper evaluates and analyzes the problems of multi-selection of necessary equipment and optimal selection of optional equipment in aircraft equipment options.In this paper, the following research is carried out: (1) to consider the primary selection of equipment from the manufacturer's point of view, a manufacturer oriented equipment option evaluation model is established based on the criteria of generality, reliability, performance and economy.The method of multi-objective programming is used to solve the equipment option model for manufacturers. From the customer's point of view, the equipment class is selected on the basis of primary selection.Based on reliability, maintainability, performance and economy, a customer-oriented evaluation model of equipment options is established.The method of hierarchical weighting is used to evaluate the equipment option, and the input-output problem of the equipment option is studied by using the economic analysis method.The direct operation cost analysis method is used to evaluate the equipment options.An example of aircraft anti-collision equipment is used to verify the established index system.The results show that the evaluation method of aircraft equipment options based on manufacturer-oriented to customer-oriented is reasonable and effective.Through the direct cost calculation of all kinds of economic indexes of wingtip wings, the cost and potential benefits of adding airfoil are obtained, and the reasonableness and scientificity of direct operating cost analysis are verified.
