鎂基燃料水沖壓發(fā)動機的熱聲振蕩特性研究

【摘要】:為了探究金屬基燃料發(fā)動機內(nèi)的燃燒不穩(wěn)定性問題,以鎂基燃料水沖壓發(fā)動機為背景,從理論上開展了熱聲振蕩機理及特征頻率特性的研究。通過Mg/H2O燃燒化學(xué)反應(yīng)動力學(xué)分析,證實了高溫環(huán)境中水的熱分解特性是引起燃燒反應(yīng)熱釋放波動的原因,結(jié)合不穩(wěn)定燃燒中的聲壓振蕩,合理解釋了熱聲振蕩的發(fā)生機理。進(jìn)一步考慮平均流作用,建立了一維熱聲振蕩計算模型,基于自行開發(fā)的熱力計算程序,獲得了三種選定鎂基燃料一次燃燒產(chǎn)物的熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)及燃燒水燃比的上限2.0,2.4,2.6,同時結(jié)合邊界條件、守恒條件求解了聲壓傳播方程,獲得了不同工況下的復(fù)頻特性,實部均在700Hz以內(nèi)屬低頻振蕩,鎂基燃料質(zhì)量組分配比、進(jìn)水口位置及水燃比均對特征頻率虛部有較大影響,對于既定的燃燒室結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)型及鎂基燃料,可通過調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)水量來主動干預(yù)熱聲振蕩的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the combustion instability in metal-based fuel engine, the thermoacoustic oscillation mechanism and characteristic frequency characteristics of magnesium based fuel water ramjet are studied theoretically.Through the kinetic analysis of Mg/H2O combustion chemical reaction, it is proved that the thermal decomposition of water in high temperature environment is the cause of the fluctuation of combustion reaction heat release, and the occurrence mechanism of thermoacoustic oscillation is explained reasonably by combining the acoustic pressure oscillation in unstable combustion.Considering the effect of average flow further, a one-dimensional thermoacoustic oscillation model is established, based on the self-developed thermodynamic calculation program.The thermodynamic properties of the primary combustion products of three selected Mg-based fuels and the upper limit of the water-fuel ratio of combustion are obtained. At the same time, the acoustic pressure propagation equation is solved by combining the boundary conditions and the conservation conditions, and the complex frequency characteristics under different operating conditions are obtained.All the real parts are low frequency oscillations within 700Hz. The distribution ratio of magnesium based fuel mass, the position of intake and the ratio of water to fuel have great influence on the imaginary part of characteristic frequency, and it has great influence on the structure configuration of combustion chamber and the magnesium based fuel.The development trend of thermoacoustic oscillation can be actively interfered by adjusting the influent amount.
