【摘要】:綜述了適用于太陽能飛行器的單晶硅太陽電池的國內(nèi)外研究進展,主要介紹包括IBC、HIT、HBC、PERC等高效太陽電池的器件結構、研制工藝、性能特點以及在太陽能飛行器能源領域的應用。結合可能存在的臨近空間環(huán)境特點,從轉換效率、環(huán)境適應性和可靠性等方面對這幾種太陽電池進行了比較分析。
[Abstract]:The research progress of single crystal silicon solar cells suitable for solar vehicles is reviewed in this paper. The device structure, development process, performance characteristics and applications in the field of solar vehicle energy are mainly introduced, including the structure of high-efficiency solar cells, such as IBCHIT-HBC- PERC.Based on the possible characteristics of the adjacent space environment, the conversion efficiency, environmental adaptability and reliability of these solar cells are compared and analyzed.
