民航發(fā)動機單元體性能參數(shù)分析及性能評估

【摘要】:隨著民航領(lǐng)域發(fā)動機單元體設(shè)計概念的提出和實施,重點評估發(fā)動機總體性能、整機性能排隊和以發(fā)動機排氣溫度裕度報告的性能評估系統(tǒng)缺陷逐漸凸顯,而單元體結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計的發(fā)動機需要從單元體層面對發(fā)動機進行性能評估,以全面提升發(fā)動機的經(jīng)濟發(fā)揮性。因此,迫切需要建立面向單元體性能評估的體制。評估發(fā)動機單元體性能,合理選擇表征單元體性能的參數(shù)是關(guān)鍵,但國內(nèi)目前面向單元體性能評估所選用的參數(shù)都是基于整機性能的參數(shù)。因此從發(fā)動機工作原理出發(fā),研究表征單元體的性能參數(shù)為發(fā)動機性能評估由整機評估深入到發(fā)動機單元體評估提供了可能。課題主要研究內(nèi)容為:(1)單元體的性能參數(shù)選擇:針對傳統(tǒng)的評估都是借助一定的算法,直接使用可測參數(shù)進行整機性能評估的發(fā)動機健康管理體制,提出了依據(jù)發(fā)動機工作原理對核心單元體性能參數(shù)進行分析,再結(jié)合可測參數(shù),研究面向單元體的現(xiàn)代發(fā)動機性能評估體制;(2)單元體性能參數(shù)選擇有效性驗證:研究發(fā)動機整機性能參數(shù)與核心單元體性能參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,以BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建核心單元體可測參數(shù)與Cycles、DEGT性能參數(shù)間的非線性網(wǎng)絡(luò),驗證可測參數(shù)的有效性。同時結(jié)合常見的單元體故障機理,分析其性能衰退時所引起的參數(shù)變化,進一步驗證所選表征單元體性能參數(shù)的合理有效性;(3)面向單元體的性能評估:主要以PW4077D發(fā)動機核心單元體為例,采用主成分分析法(Principal Components Analysis,PCA)和TOPSIS信息熵兩種算法,給出PW4077D發(fā)動機核心單元體的性能健康指數(shù)計算公式,最后采用某公司PW4077D發(fā)動機在巡航狀態(tài)下的數(shù)據(jù)評估核心單元體的性能。課題研究成果對推動國內(nèi)面向發(fā)動機單元體性能評估的研究有重要意義。一方面,主要從發(fā)動機單元體工作原理出發(fā),研究影響其性能的參數(shù);另一方面為了與結(jié)構(gòu)化單元體設(shè)計原則相接軌,將整機性能評估方法研究逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向面向單元體性能評估方法的研究。
[Abstract]:With the introduction and implementation of the concept of engine unit design in the field of civil aviation, the defects of the performance evaluation system, which focuses on evaluating the overall performance of the engine, queuing the performance of the whole engine and reporting the engine exhaust temperature margin, are gradually highlighted. In order to improve the economic performance of the engine, the structural design of the unit needs to evaluate the performance of the engine facing the engine from the unit layer. There is an urgent need to establish a performance evaluation system for unit bodies. It is critical to evaluate the performance of engine units and to select the parameters that represent the performance of the units. However, at present, the parameters selected for unit oriented performance evaluation are all based on the performance parameters of the whole engine. Therefore, based on the working principle of the engine, The study of the performance parameters of the characterization unit provides the possibility for the evaluation of engine performance from the whole evaluation to the evaluation of the engine unit. The main content of the research is the selection of performance parameters of the unit: aiming at the traditional evaluation. With the help of certain algorithms, The engine health management system which directly uses measurable parameters to evaluate engine performance is put forward to analyze the performance parameters of core units according to the working principle of the engine, and then combined with measurable parameters. This paper studies the effectiveness of the performance parameters selection of the modern engine performance evaluation system for the unit body, and studies the relationship between the engine performance parameters and the core unit performance parameters. Based on BP neural network, the nonlinear network between core unit volume measurable parameters and Cycles-DEGT performance parameters is constructed to verify the validity of measurable parameters. To further verify the reasonable validity of the performance parameters selected to characterize the unit, the performance evaluation of the unit is oriented to the unit. Taking the core unit of the PW4077D engine as an example, principal component analysis (PCA) and TOPSIS information entropy algorithms are used. The formula for calculating the performance health index of the core unit of PW4077D engine is given. Finally, using the data of PW4077D engine in cruising state to evaluate the performance of the core unit body. The research results are of great significance to promote the research of engine unit body performance evaluation in China. Starting from the working principle of engine unit body, the paper studies the parameters that affect its performance, on the other hand, in order to be in line with the structural unit body design principle, The research on the performance evaluation method of the whole machine is gradually turned to the research of the unit-oriented performance evaluation method.
