4116航天潤滑油摩擦特性的影響因素

【摘要】:采用球盤試驗機測定了4116航天潤滑油在不同工況下的摩擦因數(shù),尤其成功實現(xiàn)了高低溫環(huán)境下的測試.應用正交試驗設計方法,研究了滾動速度、滑動速度、最大工作壓力和入口油溫4個因素對潤滑油摩擦特性的影響,并繪出各因素對摩擦因數(shù)的影響曲線.研究結果表明:滑動速度和滾動速度對摩擦因數(shù)有顯著影響,入口油溫和最大工作壓力對摩擦因數(shù)影響不顯著.摩擦因數(shù)隨著滑動速度的增加而增加,但是增加的幅度隨滑動速度的增加而逐漸減小;隨著滾動速度的增加,摩擦因數(shù)迅速減小,當滾速高于20m/s時趨于穩(wěn)定;入口油溫低于0℃時,其對摩擦因數(shù)有較大影響;隨最大工作壓力的增加摩擦因數(shù)緩慢增加.
[Abstract]:The friction coefficient of 4116 spaceflight lubricating oil under different working conditions has been measured by using a ball disk tester, especially in the high and low temperature environment. The rolling speed and sliding speed have been studied by using the orthogonal test design method. The effects of the maximum working pressure and inlet oil temperature on the friction characteristics of lubricating oil are studied. The results show that the sliding speed and rolling speed have a significant effect on the friction coefficient. The influence of inlet oil temperature and maximum working pressure on the friction coefficient is not significant. The friction coefficient increases with the increase of sliding speed, but the increasing amplitude decreases gradually with the increase of sliding velocity, and with the increase of rolling speed, The friction coefficient decreases rapidly and tends to be stable when the rolling speed is higher than 20m/s.
