【摘要】：傳動系統(tǒng)是直升機(jī)關(guān)鍵核心部件,對其開展虛擬仿真分析與動力學(xué)特性研究,在其全壽命周期各個階段均具重要作用。通過CATIA軟件建立直升機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)三維實體模型,進(jìn)行了典型工況下的載荷計算,在ADAMS環(huán)境下建立整個傳動系統(tǒng)的虛擬樣機(jī)模型。對模型進(jìn)行了運動仿真分析,提取并分析了主要嚙合齒輪對角速度、嚙合力的時頻域曲線,仿真結(jié)果與理論計算值相吻合。為直升機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計及疲勞預(yù)測壽命分析等提供模型和理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Transmission system is the key component of helicopter. Virtual simulation analysis and dynamic characteristic study are very important in every stage of its whole life cycle. Three dimensional solid model of helicopter transmission system is established by CATIA software. The virtual prototype model of the whole transmission system is established under the ADAMS environment. The kinematic simulation analysis of the model is carried out, and the time-frequency curve of the main meshing gear angular velocity and meshing force is extracted and analyzed. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical results and provide a model and theoretical basis for the structural optimization design and fatigue prediction life analysis of helicopter transmission system.
