激光輻照下光電電池的極限能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率研究

【摘要】:采用激光輸能技術(shù)解決臨近空間飛行器的能源供給問題的研究正在廣泛開展。為研究激光輻照下的光電電池的極限性能,基于細(xì)致平衡理論,分析了激光輻照條件下光電材料禁帶寬度與最佳激光波長的關(guān)系,得到了光電電池各類輸出性能參數(shù)的計算方法。通過計算,得到了激光波長、激光功率密度和電池溫度對能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率等參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明對于特定材料的光電電池存在最佳的激光波長使其獲得極限能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率;激光功率密度的增加可以提高光電電池的能量轉(zhuǎn)化效率,但達到一定數(shù)值后提高不再明顯;對于電池溫度的影響,不同的輸出性能參數(shù)具有不同的溫度系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the limit performance of photovoltaic cells irradiated by laser, the research on energy supply of near space vehicle using laser energy transmission technology is being carried out extensively. Based on the theory of meticulous balance, The relationship between the band gap width of optoelectronic materials and the optimum laser wavelength under laser irradiation is analyzed, and the calculation method of various output performance parameters of photovoltaic cells is obtained. By calculation, the laser wavelength is obtained. The effect of laser power density and cell temperature on energy conversion efficiency is studied. The increase of laser power density can improve the energy conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell, but the increase is no longer obvious after reaching a certain value; for the effect of the cell temperature, different output performance parameters have different temperature coefficient.
