小質(zhì)量錐柱形件轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測試的研究

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)動慣量是表示剛體轉(zhuǎn)動慣性大小的物理量,在機(jī)械零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和工程實(shí)踐中具有重要的意義,同時也是評定各類飛行器和航天產(chǎn)品可靠性和飛行穩(wěn)定性的重要指標(biāo)之一。本文通過分析總結(jié)國內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測量裝置的具體特點(diǎn),針對小質(zhì)量錐柱形件創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計(jì)出以扭擺法為基礎(chǔ)的三扭桿轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測試裝置,在保證精度的基礎(chǔ)上,顯著地提高了測量范圍。首先詳細(xì)介紹了三扭桿機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理,并重點(diǎn)推導(dǎo)計(jì)算出轉(zhuǎn)動慣量的測量范圍,實(shí)現(xiàn)了測量范圍的大幅度提高,同時對運(yùn)動扭桿進(jìn)行受力仿真分析,校核其強(qiáng)度,保證扭桿正常工作。其次是對電控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),主要包括可編程控制器與人機(jī)界面的硬件連接和軟件設(shè)計(jì)以及光電傳感器的選擇。最后根據(jù)實(shí)際工況,對測量裝置進(jìn)行具體的誤差和精度分析,并提出測量設(shè)備的標(biāo)定和檢驗(yàn)方法。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)備的測試精度。
[Abstract]:The moment of inertia is physical quantities of rigid body rotation inertia, has important significance in the design and engineering practice of mechanical parts structure, is also one of the important indicators of evaluation of aircraft and aerospace product reliability and flight stability. This paper analyzes and summarizes the specific characteristics of internal and external device for measuring rotation inertia, quality for small conical cylindrical parts creatively designed three torsion pendulum method based on inertia test device, on the basis of ensuring the accuracy, significantly improves the measurement range. First introduced the working principle of the three torsion bar mechanism, and focus on the derived measurement range of inertia moment, the measuring range is greatly improved, at the same time, the movement simulation of torsion bar stress analysis, check its strength, ensure the torsion bar normal work. The second is the design of electronic control system, including a programmable controller. The controller and the man-machine interface design of hardware and software as well as the choice of photoelectric sensor. Finally, according to the actual conditions, the error and accuracy analysis on specific measuring device, and put forward the calibration and test methods of measuring equipment. Through the experimental data and results of testing the accuracy of the equipment is verified.
