【摘要】：為處理傳感器數(shù)據(jù)缺失問(wèn)題,利用子空間表示系統(tǒng)演化特征,提出了基于極化增量矩陣填充(PIMC)的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的在線重構(gòu)模型。該模型通過(guò)歷史數(shù)據(jù)獲得當(dāng)前的數(shù)據(jù)特征表示,并用新增的數(shù)據(jù)不斷更新子空間以跟蹤并表示數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展特征。將本文模型用于仿真數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,重構(gòu)結(jié)果和無(wú)噪數(shù)據(jù)的歸一化均方誤差(MSE)均小于1×10-5,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示本文模型對(duì)于航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)重構(gòu)有很好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,對(duì)缺失數(shù)據(jù)和噪聲是魯棒的。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the problem of missing sensor data, the system evolution feature is represented by subspace. An online reconfiguration model of aero-engine sensor data based on polarization increment matrix filled with PIMC is proposed. We use the new data to update the subspace continuously to track and represent the characteristics of the data development. The model is used to verify the simulation data. The normalized mean square error (MSE) of the reconstructed and noiseless data is less than 1 脳 10 ~ (-5). The experimental results show that the proposed model has good application value for aero-engine sensor data reconstruction, and is robust to missing data and noise.
