某渦軸發(fā)動機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車譜編制及驗證

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,為了考核航空發(fā)動機(jī)在使用壽命期內(nèi)的耐久性和可靠性提出了航空發(fā)動機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車技術(shù),但是加速任務(wù)試車技術(shù)在國內(nèi)仍處于一個發(fā)展與完善的時期。本文針對航空發(fā)動機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車譜的編制及驗證進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究。針對航空發(fā)動機(jī)主要零部件開展的壽命試驗,在現(xiàn)有發(fā)動機(jī)載荷譜編制技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了一種通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗載荷譜編制方法簡化試驗條件下的載荷譜編譜過程。基于此通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗載荷譜編制方法,可以方便快捷的得到各類型發(fā)動機(jī)主要零部件壽命試驗載荷譜。本文開展了高溫650?C下加速載荷譜與原始載荷譜的試樣譜載荷試驗。在某渦軸發(fā)動機(jī)高壓渦輪盤原始應(yīng)力譜的基礎(chǔ)上編制了其在試驗溫度650?C下的加速應(yīng)力譜,并以此兩種載荷譜作為試驗載荷譜,開展高溫650?C下試樣的蠕變—疲勞交互試驗。在誤差允許范圍內(nèi),通過對加速載荷譜與原始載荷譜的對比分析,驗證了兩種載荷譜的等效性及加速任務(wù)試車譜編制方法的可行性,同時驗證了通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗載荷譜編制方法的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性。通過對加速載荷譜和原始載荷譜與某渦軸發(fā)動機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車譜和模擬任務(wù)載荷譜的對比分析,驗證了某渦軸發(fā)動機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車譜與模擬任務(wù)載荷譜的等效性,可為整機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車提供參考�;贛ATLAB軟件的GUIDE功能開發(fā)了加速壽命試驗載荷譜管理系統(tǒng)軟件,并應(yīng)用此軟件編制了某渦軸發(fā)動機(jī)的加速任務(wù)試車譜,編制過程中充分考慮了發(fā)動機(jī)實際使用情況。使用該軟件可以方便快捷的得到某航空發(fā)動機(jī)的加速任務(wù)試車譜,為航空發(fā)動機(jī)整機(jī)加速任務(wù)試車或零部件試驗節(jié)省了大量的經(jīng)費和時間。
[Abstract]:At present, in order to test the durability and reliability of aero-engine during its service life, an accelerated task test technology for aeroengine is proposed. However, accelerated task test technology is still in a period of development and perfection in our country. This paper studies the compilation and verification of aero-engine acceleration task test spectrum, and aims at the main components of aero-engine. Life tests carried out, Based on the existing engine load spectrum compilation techniques, a universal standard test load spectrum compilation method is proposed to simplify the process of load spectrum compilation under test conditions, based on which the general standard test load spectrum compilation method is proposed. The life test load spectrum of main engine components can be obtained conveniently and quickly. The specimen spectrum load test of accelerated load spectrum and original load spectrum under C is carried out. Based on the original stress spectrum of high pressure turbine disk of a turboshaft engine, the test temperature of 650? The accelerated stress spectrum under C and the two kinds of load spectrum are used as the experimental load spectrum to carry out high temperature 650? The creep-fatigue interaction test of the specimen under C condition. The comparison and analysis of the acceleration load spectrum and the original load spectrum are carried out to verify the equivalence of the two kinds of load spectrum and the feasibility of the method for compiling the accelerated task test spectrum. At the same time, the accuracy and validity of the universal standard test load spectrum compilation method are verified. By comparing the acceleration load spectrum and the original load spectrum with the acceleration task test spectrum and the simulated task load spectrum of a turboshaft engine, the results are compared and analyzed. The equivalence of load spectrum between accelerated task test and simulated load spectrum of a turboshaft engine is verified, which can be used as a reference for accelerating task test. Based on the GUIDE function of MATLAB software, a load spectrum management system software for accelerated life test is developed. Using this software, the acceleration task test spectrum of a turboshaft engine is compiled, and the actual use of the engine is fully considered in the process of compiling the software. Using this software, the acceleration task test spectrum of an aeroengine can be obtained conveniently and quickly. It saves a lot of money and time for aero-engine acceleration task test or parts test.
