航天器用應(yīng)變片篩選測試方法優(yōu)化

【摘要】:航天器用應(yīng)變片是某系列衛(wèi)星上用于星箭解鎖裝置的重要力學(xué)測量元件。依據(jù)星箭解鎖分離包帶應(yīng)變片粘貼工藝規(guī)范,總裝檢驗人員需要在粘貼前對應(yīng)變片進行檢查和篩選。鑒于原有篩選測試方法的缺陷,對應(yīng)變片篩選測試設(shè)備進行設(shè)計研制。經(jīng)過對研制設(shè)備裝調(diào)、校準(zhǔn)、測試、比對的研究,以及對其進行各通道線路附加電阻、各通道電阻測量一致性兩項測試,消除了應(yīng)變片受壓狀態(tài)不確定因素及手持接線夾連接引線測試狀態(tài)不穩(wěn)定的問題,最終在測試可靠性、測試效率、對應(yīng)變片的保護等方面均優(yōu)于原有篩選測試方法。
[Abstract]:Strain gauges for spacecrafts are important mechanical measurement elements used in a series of satellites for unlocking satellites. According to the technical specifications for attaching strain gauges in the unlocking separation belt of spacecraft, the strain gauges are used in a series of satellites. In view of the defects of the original screening and testing methods, the strain gauge screening and testing equipment is designed and developed. After the research on the installation, calibration, testing and comparison of the developed equipment, The additional resistance of each channel and the measuring consistency of the resistance of each channel are tested, which eliminates the uncertain factors of the strain gauge compression state and the instability of the testing state of the hand-held wire clamp lead. Finally, the reliability of the test is in progress. The test efficiency and the protection of strain gauge are better than the original screening test method.
