【摘要】:高效的燃油利用對(duì)我國(guó)提倡建設(shè)“資源節(jié)約型”和“環(huán)境友好型”社會(huì)具有重要意義。在民航業(yè)領(lǐng)域,提高燃油利用效率也是每個(gè)航空公司在飛機(jī)運(yùn)行管理中的重要目標(biāo)之一。但由于航線運(yùn)行復(fù)雜化、多樣化的特點(diǎn),航空公司的飛機(jī)燃油效率的評(píng)價(jià)很難通過(guò)監(jiān)控飛機(jī)的單個(gè)或某幾個(gè)指標(biāo)來(lái)衡量。需要針對(duì)飛行運(yùn)輸過(guò)程配置多點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控。這樣使監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)十分龐雜,影響評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的確定。本文以航空公司機(jī)隊(duì)大量運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),側(cè)重于從飛機(jī)油耗監(jiān)控評(píng)價(jià)體系方法中的監(jiān)控指標(biāo)確定、油耗性能模型設(shè)計(jì)、基準(zhǔn)線與邊界線設(shè)計(jì)等方面,建立合理的監(jiān)控方法體系,為我國(guó)航空公司飛行機(jī)隊(duì)的油耗監(jiān)控提出適用性方法,并進(jìn)行方法學(xué)的構(gòu)建探索。首先,分析課題的背景及意義,提出在數(shù)據(jù)資源急速擴(kuò)張的時(shí)代,航空公司需要充分利用飛行運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)展各方面的研究,其中飛行油耗類(lèi)數(shù)據(jù)分析是重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。重點(diǎn)綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外航空企業(yè)在油耗監(jiān)控方法及其評(píng)價(jià)方法的應(yīng)用與研究,分析若干航空公司的油耗監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)航空公司油耗及其影響因素進(jìn)行理論介紹。其次,提出一套基于規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)的飛機(jī)油耗監(jiān)控方法理論,細(xì)化分析過(guò)程,構(gòu)建需求分析框架,借鑒CDM方法學(xué)進(jìn)行油耗監(jiān)控方法學(xué)的構(gòu)建嘗試,通過(guò)指標(biāo)選取原則優(yōu)選幾類(lèi)指標(biāo)。構(gòu)造一種基于飛行距離的指數(shù)衰減型油耗性能模型,該類(lèi)模型可分類(lèi)不同油耗模式并界定性能與距離的參數(shù)。針對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)科領(lǐng)域?qū)τ陲w機(jī)油耗模型所采取的研究方法措施進(jìn)行分類(lèi)總結(jié),結(jié)合油耗評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)方法分析各類(lèi)模型適用性,選擇適合航空公司油耗評(píng)價(jià)監(jiān)控的方法。再次,確定油耗性能模型的監(jiān)控評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)基準(zhǔn)線與邊界線方法,使用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信號(hào)分離理論與最小二乘三類(lèi)方法進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定。重點(diǎn)介紹了基于已建立的油耗模型的信號(hào)分離RELAX算法與非一致性檢測(cè)廣義內(nèi)積綜合的一種交叉迭代優(yōu)化計(jì)算方法,該方法能夠在強(qiáng)“噪聲”下有效估計(jì)基準(zhǔn)線,并合理確定油耗模型的輸入和輸出數(shù)據(jù)。最后對(duì)比三類(lèi)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出針對(duì)不同油耗模型的方法優(yōu)選,方法驗(yàn)證正確,結(jié)果有一定參考性。最后使用三類(lèi)方法對(duì)基于距離的油耗性能評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)例驗(yàn)證與單因素模型構(gòu)建驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)某航空公司B737航班550架次航班數(shù)據(jù)與A330飛機(jī)的8430架次航班數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)建模分析,分析研究算法的噪聲性能、擬合性能。綜合三類(lèi)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總體模型估計(jì)和分類(lèi)模型估計(jì),為航空公司油耗監(jiān)控方法研究提出有效方法。通過(guò)單因素分析和數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比補(bǔ)充完善并驗(yàn)證了油耗監(jiān)控方法體系?偨Y(jié)各類(lèi)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出對(duì)工作的總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:Efficient fuel utilization is of great significance to the construction of "resource-saving" and "environment-friendly" society in our country, which is in the field of civil aviation. Improving the efficiency of fuel utilization is also one of the important objectives of each airline in the aircraft operation management, but because of the complexity of the route operation, the characteristics of diversification. The evaluation of aircraft fuel efficiency of airlines is difficult to be measured by a single or several indicators of monitoring aircraft. It is necessary to configure multi-point data monitoring for the flight transportation process, which makes the monitoring data very complex. Based on a large number of airline fleet operation data, this paper focuses on the determination of monitoring indicators and the design of fuel consumption performance model from the methods of aircraft fuel consumption monitoring and evaluation system. Base line and boundary line design, the establishment of a reasonable monitoring method system for the aviation fleet of China's fuel consumption monitoring method, and to explore the construction of methodology. Analysis of the background and significance of the subject, proposed that in the era of rapid expansion of data resources, airlines need to make full use of flight data to carry out various aspects of research. Among them, the analysis of fuel consumption data is an important link. The application and research of domestic and foreign aviation enterprises in fuel consumption monitoring methods and their evaluation methods are summarized, and the characteristics of fuel consumption monitoring systems of some airlines are analyzed. And the aviation fuel consumption and its influencing factors are introduced theoretically. Secondly, a set of aircraft fuel consumption monitoring method theory based on scale data is proposed to refine the analysis process and build a demand analysis framework. Using the CDM methodology for the construction of oil consumption monitoring methodology, selected several types of indicators through the principle of index selection to construct an exponential attenuation performance model based on flight distance. This kind of model can classify different fuel consumption models and define the parameters of performance and distance. Combined with the fuel consumption evaluation index method to analyze the applicability of all kinds of models, select a suitable fuel consumption evaluation monitoring method. Thirdly, determine the fuel consumption performance model monitoring evaluation index baseline and boundary line method. Using artificial neural networks. The theory of signal separation and three methods of least squares are used to determine the standard. This paper mainly introduces the RELAX algorithm of signal separation based on the established fuel consumption model and a cross-iterative optimization of the generalized inner product synthesis of non-consistency detection. The method of computing. This method can estimate the datum effectively under the strong "noise", and reasonably determine the input and output data of the fuel consumption model. Finally, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, the optimal selection of different fuel consumption models is put forward. Method to verify the correctness. Finally, three methods were used to verify the fuel consumption performance evaluation model based on distance and the single factor model was constructed. According to the data of 550 flights of a certain airline flight B737. The data of 8430 flights with the A330 were classified and modeled.
