熱環(huán)境下航天器幾種典型連接結(jié)構(gòu)動力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:對大型復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行仿真分析時(shí),連接處接觸界面的不同處理方式往往對結(jié)構(gòu)的動力學(xué)分析產(chǎn)生顯著的影響,本文就幾種典型的連接方式的接觸問題進(jìn)行有限元建模仿真,通過結(jié)果分析考慮連接界面接觸的建模方式對結(jié)構(gòu)動力學(xué)響應(yīng)的一般影響,最后分析了熱載荷的作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的動態(tài)響應(yīng)的一般特點(diǎn)。結(jié)構(gòu)連接處的力學(xué)行為十分復(fù)雜,接觸界面上存在滑移、摩擦,甚至碰撞、沖擊等極端的邊界條件非線性現(xiàn)象。本文介紹了接觸力學(xué)有關(guān)連接接觸的有關(guān)理論,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用采取有限元計(jì)算分析方法,用ABAQUS軟件對帶支耳連接的材料考核試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行有限元建模仿真,分析了支耳與材料接觸表面處的接觸壓力變化規(guī)律;對考慮了銷釘連接的飛行器折疊舵進(jìn)行仿真分析,得出銷釘連接結(jié)構(gòu)對折疊舵各階模態(tài)頻率的影響特點(diǎn);然后通過Tie模型、Beam-MPC模型、無螺紋模型、設(shè)定螺紋參數(shù)模型和帶螺紋螺栓模型等幾種不同的螺栓建模方式進(jìn)行了仿真分析,通過對比螺栓連接不同模型的仿真效果得到合理的螺栓連接建模方式。本文最后章節(jié)的仿真分析中考慮了熱環(huán)境對接觸連接結(jié)構(gòu)動響應(yīng)的影響,通過與常溫下的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行對比分析,得出一定的溫度下熱對整體結(jié)構(gòu)動力學(xué)響應(yīng)的影響;最后考慮了螺栓連接在不同溫度下的等效剛度隨著溫度增加時(shí)的變化曲線,得到熱對結(jié)構(gòu)的連接剛度有削減作用的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In the simulation analysis of large and complex structures, the different processing methods of the contact interface at the joint often have a significant impact on the dynamic analysis of the structure. In this paper, the finite element modeling and simulation of several typical contact modes are carried out, and the general influence of the interface contact modeling method on the dynamic response of the structure is considered through the analysis of the results. Finally, the general characteristics of the dynamic response of the structure under the action of thermal load are analyzed. The mechanical behavior of the structural joint is very complicated, and there are slippage, friction and even collision at the contact interface. In this paper, the theory of contact mechanics about connection contact is introduced, and the finite element analysis method is adopted in combination with the practical engineering application. The finite element modeling and simulation of the material test with supporting ear connection was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the contact pressure variation law between the supporting ear and the material contact surface was analyzed. The simulation analysis of the aircraft folding rudder with pin connection is carried out, and the influence of the pin connection structure on the modal frequency of the folding rudder is obtained. Then through Tie model Beam-MPC model, no thread model, screw thread parameter model and screw bolt model, several different bolt modeling methods are simulated and analyzed. By comparing the simulation results of different bolted connection models, a reasonable bolt connection modeling method is obtained. The effect of thermal environment on the dynamic response of the contact connection structure is considered in the simulation analysis of the last chapter of this paper. By comparing with the structural response at room temperature, the influence of heat on the dynamic response of the whole structure is obtained. Finally, the curves of the equivalent stiffness of bolted joints at different temperatures are considered, and the conclusion that the heat can reduce the connection stiffness of the structure is obtained.
