【摘要】：對(duì)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)導(dǎo)葉渦輪結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行分析,在提高航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)使用效率方面具有重要意義。傳統(tǒng)的分析方法主要通過固定的參數(shù)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)導(dǎo)葉渦輪結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行分析,導(dǎo)致存在性能分析不準(zhǔn)確的問題,提出渦輪損失計(jì)算模型的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)導(dǎo)葉渦輪結(jié)構(gòu)性能分析方法,通過建立渦輪導(dǎo)葉可調(diào)時(shí)渦輪損失模型,在上述模型基礎(chǔ)上,計(jì)算渦輪導(dǎo)葉角度可調(diào)時(shí)渦輪損失的變化,進(jìn)而得到了導(dǎo)葉調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)渦輪特性的影響。仿真結(jié)果證明,采用提出的DunhamCame模型的可調(diào)導(dǎo)葉渦輪特性估算方法,證明下列規(guī)律的正確性。隨著渦輪角度的逐漸開大,渦輪的單位輸出功變大;無論渦輪導(dǎo)葉角度開大或者關(guān)小,均導(dǎo)致渦輪損失的上升,渦輪效率的下降。
[Abstract]:The structure and performance of the governing vane turbine of aero-engine are analyzed. Traditional analysis methods mainly use fixed parameters to analyze the structural performance of the turbine, which leads to the problem of inaccurate performance analysis. In this paper, a new method for analyzing turbine structure and performance of aero-engine turbine with adjustable guide vane is put forward. The model of turbine loss can be set up when turbine guide blade is adjustable, and the model is based on the above model. The change of turbine loss is calculated when the angle of turbine guide vane is adjustable, and the influence of guide vane adjustment on turbine characteristics is obtained. The proposed DunhamCame model is used to estimate the turbine characteristics of adjustable guide vane, which proves the correctness of the following laws: with the gradual opening of turbine angle, the unit output work of turbine becomes larger; Whether the turbine guide blade angle is large or small, the turbine loss will increase and the turbine efficiency will decrease.
