飛機PHM系統(tǒng)故障診斷能力外場驗證模型

【摘要】:針對目前先進(jìn)飛機的預(yù)測與健康管理系統(tǒng)(PHM)投入使用后尚缺乏系統(tǒng)的外場驗證和評價技術(shù)手段,提出了基于先驗信息的PHM診斷能力外場評估和驗證方法。首先利用飛機研制、試驗期間PHM系統(tǒng)積累的各LRU(外場可更換單元)的診斷信息,確定LRU和系統(tǒng)的診斷能力指標(biāo)先驗估計值,再利用外場數(shù)據(jù)對先驗分布進(jìn)行修正,形成后驗分布,最后利用后驗分布得到系統(tǒng)/分系統(tǒng)的PHM診斷能力參數(shù)后驗估計值。通過以典型測試性參數(shù)以故障檢測率和故障隔離率進(jìn)行實例分析,得到了不同置信度下故障檢測率和故障隔離率的置信下限。估算結(jié)果表明該方法科學(xué)合理,實用性較強,能夠滿足小樣本條件下外場評估的工程實際需要。
[Abstract]:After the advanced aircraft prediction and health management system (PHM) is put into use, there is still a lack of systematic field verification and evaluation technology. An outfield evaluation and verification method of PHM diagnostic capability based on prior information is proposed. Firstly, the diagnostic information of each LRUs (field replaceable unit) accumulated by PHM system during the test period is used in the development of aircraft. A priori estimate of the diagnostic capability index of LRU and the system is determined, and the posterior distribution is formed by modifying the prior distribution with the field data. Finally, the posteriori distribution is used to obtain the posterior estimation of the PHM diagnostic capability parameters of the system / subsystem. A case study is carried out by taking the typical testability parameters as the fault detection rate and the fault isolation rate. The lower confidence limits of fault detection rate and fault isolation rate under different confidence levels are obtained. The estimated results show that the method is scientific and practical and can meet the practical engineering needs of field evaluation under small sample conditions.
