【摘要】:航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)吞水試驗(yàn)中的雨霧環(huán)境依靠噴霧系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn),噴霧系統(tǒng)能否精確模擬真實(shí)大氣雨水環(huán)境直接關(guān)系著試驗(yàn)的可靠性。采用歐拉-拉格朗日粒子追蹤方法,對(duì)吞水試驗(yàn)臺(tái)噴霧系統(tǒng)霧化效果的影響因素進(jìn)行研究?諝庀嗟淖兓ㄟ^求解時(shí)均N-S方程得到,離散液滴的變化通過Fluent中的離散相模型進(jìn)行模擬,液滴的破碎模擬采用Wave模型,碰撞模擬采用O'Rourke模型,傳熱傳質(zhì)模型采用等溫液滴蒸發(fā)模型。結(jié)果表明:發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、噴嘴孔徑和噴水量對(duì)霧化效果均有影響,但發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)慢車和最大狀態(tài)時(shí),三者對(duì)霧化效果的影響各有不同。
[Abstract]:The rain and fog environment in aero-engine water swallowing test depends on the spray system. Whether the spray system can accurately simulate the real atmospheric and rainwater environment is directly related to the reliability of the experiment. Euler-Lagrangian particle tracing method is adopted. The influence factors of atomization effect of spray system on water swallowing test rig were studied. The change of air phase was obtained by solving the N-S equation. The variation of discrete droplets is simulated by the discrete phase model in Fluent, the Wave model is used to simulate the breakage of droplets, and the Oval Rourke model is used to simulate the collision. The isothermal droplet evaporation model is used in the heat and mass transfer model. The results show that the engine operating state, nozzle aperture and water injection rate have influence on the atomization effect, but the engine slow running and maximum state. The influence of the three factors on the atomization effect is different.
