【摘要】：航空港區(qū)要實(shí)現(xiàn)大都市、大樞紐、大產(chǎn)業(yè)的目標(biāo),需要提升金融服務(wù)體系、增強(qiáng)金融集聚效應(yīng),但目前港區(qū)的金融體系總量不足、且結(jié)構(gòu)單一,同時(shí)存在資本市場(chǎng)不完善、金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新不足、金融開(kāi)放程度低等問(wèn)題。這需要從金融機(jī)構(gòu)、金融市場(chǎng)、政府三個(gè)主體入手,在市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的作用和政府調(diào)控的有序引導(dǎo)下,加快港區(qū)開(kāi)放廣度和深度,打造金融一條街,創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品,重視私募股權(quán)融資方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)金融集聚和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相互促進(jìn)的效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the goals of big cities, big hubs and large industries, the airport area needs to upgrade the financial service system and enhance the financial agglomeration effect. But at present, the total amount of the financial system in the port area is insufficient and the structure is single. At the same time, there are some problems, such as imperfect capital market, insufficient innovation of financial products, low degree of financial opening and so on. Under the function of market mechanism and the orderly guidance of government regulation and control, we should speed up the breadth and depth of opening up in Hong Kong, create a street of finance, innovate financial products, and attach importance to the way of private equity financing. Realize the effect that financial agglomeration and economic development mutually promote each other.
