【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,中國民航業(yè)正在迅速崛起,越來越多的機(jī)場正在規(guī)劃建設(shè)當(dāng)中。機(jī)場選址作為機(jī)場建設(shè)的前期工作,是機(jī)場規(guī)劃建設(shè)的一個重要組成部分,F(xiàn)有的機(jī)場選址理論大都基于單個新建機(jī)場自身出發(fā),很少考慮同一個城市群當(dāng)中其他機(jī)場的競爭與合作。將同一個城市群內(nèi)的所有機(jī)場作為一個整體進(jìn)行考慮,深入研究新建機(jī)場的選址問題。首先,從中國交通發(fā)展規(guī)劃的要求出發(fā),指出民航主要承擔(dān)不同城市群間城市的旅客運(yùn)輸服務(wù)。隨后建立了以旅客綜合出行成本最低為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的機(jī)場選址數(shù)學(xué)模型,該模型為非線性整數(shù)隨機(jī)規(guī)劃模型。設(shè)計(jì)了兩階段算法對模型進(jìn)行求解。即采用枚舉法將非線性規(guī)劃問題轉(zhuǎn)換成多個線性整數(shù)隨機(jī)規(guī)劃子問題。然后采用蒙特卡羅方法將隨機(jī)規(guī)劃子問題轉(zhuǎn)化為線性整數(shù)規(guī)劃問題,再采用分支定界算法進(jìn)行求解得到解集后,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和隨機(jī)抽樣的方法確定最優(yōu)解。最后采用算例證明了該模型和求解算法的有效性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy Chinese, Chinese civil aviation industry is rising rapidly, more and more airports is planning the construction of the airport site. As the preparatory work for the airport construction, is an important part of the planning and construction of the airport. The existing airport location theory is a single new airport based on their own, rarely consider the same city group other airports in the competition and cooperation. The same group within the city all airports were considered as a whole, deeply studies the location problem of the new airport. First of all, from the planning China traffic development requirements, pointed out that the civil aviation passenger transport service is mainly responsible for the different city groups of the city. Then the location of the establishment of mathematical model with the lowest integrated passenger travel cost as the objective function of the airport, the model for nonlinear integer stochastic programming model. The model into the two stage of the algorithm design For solving the enumeration method. The nonlinear programming problem into a linear integer stochastic programming problem. Then using Monte Carlo method, random programming problem is transformed into a linear integer programming problem, then the branch and bound algorithm to solve the obtained solution set, using the statistical analysis method and random sampling to determine the optimal solution. Finally, the numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the model and algorithm.
