【摘要】:天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀將是“載人航天”、“探月工程”、“二代導(dǎo)航”等重點(diǎn)工程項(xiàng)目中天線系統(tǒng)研發(fā)、試驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)過程中不可替代的重要儀器。天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀一般由一些通用儀表和專用控制設(shè)備組成。目前我們的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)主要依賴進(jìn)口,其設(shè)備經(jīng)費(fèi)是相當(dāng)昂貴的。如果能夠自行研制出高性能的天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀,既可以節(jié)省大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)費(fèi)及外匯,又可以產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。同時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自主創(chuàng)新。天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀系統(tǒng)總控軟件作為近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀所有功能的最終體現(xiàn),是整個(gè)儀器開發(fā)技術(shù)中的核心。天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀系統(tǒng)總控軟件集頂層控制、任務(wù)調(diào)度等用途于一體,允許用戶通過強(qiáng)大的人機(jī)交互接口來靈活制定測(cè)試策略,并能按照用戶意圖智能分配、精準(zhǔn)調(diào)度各項(xiàng)測(cè)試任務(wù),控制測(cè)試儀硬件模塊和被測(cè)天線同步工作,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)近場(chǎng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的高速采集記錄、高精度運(yùn)算分析并對(duì)天線性能進(jìn)行綜合驗(yàn)證評(píng)估。因此,研制一套技術(shù)先進(jìn)、功能強(qiáng)大的天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試軟件對(duì)于天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試迫切需要,從而應(yīng)對(duì)測(cè)試中面臨的各種挑戰(zhàn)。整個(gè)天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)由高精度三維采樣模塊、超寬帶微波模塊、天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)總控軟件和數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件組成。天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)總控軟件是根據(jù)某研究所承擔(dān)的國(guó)家大型儀器儀表項(xiàng)目的總體功能需求而設(shè)計(jì)的,系統(tǒng)總控軟件包括高精度三維采樣模塊單獨(dú)工作模塊、超寬帶微波模塊單獨(dú)工作模塊、高精度三維采樣模塊和超寬帶微波模塊整體聯(lián)動(dòng)工作模塊。天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)總控軟件采用面向?qū)ο蟮腃#(C-Sharp)語言來設(shè)計(jì)各個(gè)功能模塊,軟件在整體設(shè)計(jì)過程中采用了智能容錯(cuò)技術(shù)、操作自鎖和多線程技術(shù)。目前,軟件1.0版本的研制已經(jīng)完成,已成功實(shí)現(xiàn)該軟件與天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀原理樣機(jī)的聯(lián)試,并通過了天線近場(chǎng)測(cè)試儀項(xiàng)目的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:The antenna near-field tester will be an important instrument in the key projects of manned spaceflight, lunar exploration project and the two generation navigation. The antenna near field tester is usually made up of some general instrument and special control equipment. At present, our test system is mainly dependent on import, and its equipment is very expensive. If we can develop a high performance antenna near field tester, we can not only save a lot of experimental funds and foreign exchange, but also produce huge economic benefits. At the same time, we can realize independent innovation. The total control software of the antenna near field tester system is the ultimate embodiment of all the functions of the near field tester, and it is the core of the whole instrument development technology. The total control of near field test system software set top antenna control, task scheduling and other purposes in one, allowing the user to flexibly make test strategies through man-machine interface and powerful, and in accordance with the intention of the user, the test precision intelligent distribution scheduling tasks, hardware module and the measured antenna synchronization control instrument, finally realize the past field test data acquisition and recording, high precision operational analysis and comprehensive verification of the antenna performance evaluation. Therefore, developing a set of advanced and powerful antenna near field testing software is urgently needed for antenna near-field test, so as to cope with the challenges faced in the test. The whole antenna near-field test system is composed of high-precision 3D sampling module, ultra wideband microwave module, antenna near field test system master control software and data analysis software. The total control of antenna near field measurement system software is designed according to the functional requirements of national large-scale instrumentation project of a Research Institute of the overall system control software, including high precision three-dimensional sampling module working alone module, ultra wideband microwave module own module, sampling module and high precision 3D UWB microwave module overall linkage module. The general control software of antenna near-field test system is designed by object oriented C# (C-Sharp) language, and each functional module is designed. In the process of software design, intelligent fault tolerance, operation self locking and multithreading technology are adopted. At present, the development of software version 1 has been completed. The software has been successfully tested with the prototype of the antenna near-field tester, and has passed the evaluation of the antenna near-field tester.
