環(huán)渤海近岸海域表層沉積物及底棲生物中PBDEs的賦存特征及富集行為

【摘要】:多溴聯(lián)苯醚(PBDEs)作為一種新型的持久性有機污染物,在海洋環(huán)境中廣泛存在,研究PBDEs在不同介質(zhì)中的賦存狀態(tài)對于理解其環(huán)境行為及歸趨具有重要的意義。通過采集不同區(qū)域沉積物及生物樣品,考察了PBDEs在環(huán)渤海近岸海域表層沉積物及底棲生物中的含量及空間分布特征、污染模式及生物-沉積物富集因子。結(jié)果表明,環(huán)渤海沿岸表層沉積物中PBDEs總量(Σ10PBDEs)的濃度范圍在0.446~26.8 ng·g-1(干重,dw)之間,中值為1.02 ng·g-1(dw),底棲生物中PBDEs(Σ9PBDEs)的濃度范圍為0.053~9.90 ng·g-1(dw),中值為1.25 ng·g-1dw;沉積物中BDE-209為最主要的單體,平均豐度達到90.5%,生物體中主要以低溴代BDEs為主,其中單體BDE-47的含量最高,平均豐度范圍為43.2%~49.7%;沉積物和生物中PBDEs的含量在空間上存在顯著的差異,其中萊州灣和錦州附近區(qū)域的結(jié)果明顯高于其他區(qū)域;5種不同的底棲生物對PBDEs均表現(xiàn)出一定的生物富集性,其中∑9PBDEs的BSAF值按從大到小的順序為菲律賓蛤仔(0.43~4.06,mean=1.19)紫貽貝(0.34~2.86,1.03)四角蛤蜊(0.17~1.95,0.82)麻蛤(0.13~2.33,0.61)牡蠣(0.09~1.20,0.52)。辛醇水分配系數(shù)(log KOW)與不同物種BSAF值的相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果表明,除BDE-17單體外,其他單體的BSAF值表現(xiàn)出隨log KOW的升高而下降的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), as a new persistent organic pollutant, exist widely in marine environment. It is very important to study the existing state of PBDEs in different media for understanding its environmental behavior and fate.The content and spatial distribution of PBDEs in surface sediments and benthos in the coastal waters around Bohai Sea were investigated by collecting sediment and biological samples from different regions. The pollution patterns and bio- sediment enrichment factors were also investigated.The average abundance was 90.5%, and the main body was low-brominated BDEs, in which the content of monomeric BDE-47 was the highest, and the average abundance range was 43.2 ~ 49.7. There were significant differences in the content of PBDEs between sediments and organisms.The results of Laizhou Bay and Jinzhou area were obviously higher than that of other regions. The results showed that five different benthos in Laizhou Bay and Jinzhou showed certain bioenrichment to PBDEs.The BSAF value of 鈭,
