【摘要】：為定量分析萊州灣東岸海水養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)生的營養(yǎng)鹽負(fù)荷量及對近岸水域水質(zhì)的影響,以大菱鲆、對蝦和海灣扇貝為典型養(yǎng)殖生物,估算其產(chǎn)生的氮磷負(fù)荷量,其中大菱鲆和對蝦氮磷負(fù)荷量采用竹內(nèi)俊郎法計(jì)算,并考慮餌料流失量,海灣扇貝氮磷負(fù)荷量根據(jù)排泄速率計(jì)算,并分析了近岸水域營養(yǎng)鹽濃度對海水養(yǎng)殖氮磷負(fù)荷量的響應(yīng)。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,海灣扇貝產(chǎn)生的氮磷負(fù)荷量最高,對蝦產(chǎn)生的負(fù)荷量最小;1997~2012年間,萊州灣東岸海水養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)生的氮磷負(fù)荷量呈緩慢增長趨勢,其中海灣扇貝養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)生的氮負(fù)荷量與近岸水域的溶解性無機(jī)氮濃度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,說明貝類養(yǎng)殖是近岸水域溶解性無機(jī)氮(DIN)濃度增加的重要影響因素。研究結(jié)果可為萊州灣東岸海水養(yǎng)殖管理提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively analyze the nutrient load produced by mariculture in the east coast of Laizhou Bay and its influence on the water quality in the coastal waters, turbot, prawn and scallop were used as typical culture organisms to estimate the nitrogen and phosphorus load.The nitrogen and phosphorus load of turbot and Penaeus prawn were calculated by the method of Junlang method, and the feed loss was considered. The nitrogen and phosphorus load of scallop was calculated according to the discharge rate, and the response of nutrient concentration in the coastal waters to the nitrogen and phosphorus load of mariculture was analyzed.The results showed that the loading of nitrogen and phosphorus was the highest in the bay scallop and the smallest in the shrimp during the period of 1997 / 2012. The nitrogen and phosphorus load produced by mariculture along the east coast of Laizhou Bay showed a slow increasing trend.There was a positive correlation between nitrogen load and dissolved inorganic nitrogen concentration in coastal waters, indicating that shellfish culture was an important factor influencing the increase of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DINs) concentration in inshore waters.The results can provide theoretical basis for the management of mariculture on the east coast of Laizhou Bay.
