孔密度對泡沫金屬內(nèi)濕空氣的換熱與壓降特性影響分析

【摘要】:通過實驗研究,得到不同孔密度的泡沫金屬內(nèi)濕空氣的換熱和壓降特性,并對泡沫金屬換熱器綜合性能進行了分析。測試樣件為泡沫銅,孔密度為5~40 PPI(pores per inch),孔隙率為95%。研究結(jié)果表明,由于凝結(jié)水的存在,泡沫金屬內(nèi)的濕空氣傳熱系數(shù)隨著孔密度的增大先增大后減小,孔密度為15 PPI時達到最大值;壓降隨著孔密度的增大而增大,且大于20 PPI時壓降增大更明顯。綜合考慮傳熱系數(shù)與壓降因素,泡沫金屬孔密度為15 PPI時綜合性能最佳。
