拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子—軸承系統(tǒng)動力學特性研究

【摘要】:拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子是由拉桿螺栓將各個獨立的圓盤(葉輪)、軸頭壓緊連接在一起,使之成為一種復雜結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)子。該種轉(zhuǎn)子因結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的特殊性,以及質(zhì)量輕、剛度大、強度高、輪盤易于更換等特點被廣泛應(yīng)用于重型燃氣輪機中。因此對拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子—軸承系統(tǒng)的動力學特性的研究非常有必要。根據(jù)拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,通過對拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子進行相應(yīng)的動力學假設(shè),重點考慮輪盤表面之間的摩擦接觸和拉桿螺栓預緊力這兩個因素;贖erz表面接觸理論和G-W模型,建立輪盤表面接觸模型。導出等效彎曲剛度的計算公式。把整體轉(zhuǎn)子離散化為有限數(shù)量的微小單元進行有限元計算。同時使用Matlab軟件編寫計算滑動軸承油膜動力特性系數(shù)的程序,通過實例說明使用方法。建立完整的拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子—軸承系統(tǒng)有限元模型,使用有限元軟件ANSYS對拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子進行帶預緊力的模態(tài)分析。得到其固有頻率和振型。研究剛性支撐和彈性支撐兩種條件下預緊力對拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子固有特性的影響,以及轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速的變化對滑動軸承油膜動力特性系數(shù)的影響和對拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子固有特性的影響。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),分布式拉桿轉(zhuǎn)子的固有頻率隨著預緊力的增加而有所提高。并且變化規(guī)律為預緊力較小時固有頻率上升速率快,伴隨預緊力的不斷增加固有頻率上升速率變慢。轉(zhuǎn)子的固有頻率在剛性支撐下要大于彈性支撐的情況。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速的不斷提高,滑動軸承的剛度和阻尼系數(shù)不斷下降。同時轉(zhuǎn)子的固有頻率也隨之下降。
