蜂窩葉頂密封對透平級氣動(dòng)性能的影響研究

【摘要】:采用數(shù)值計(jì)算方法研究了蜂窩葉頂密封的幾何尺寸對汽輪機(jī)高壓缸兩級內(nèi)氣動(dòng)性能的影響,分析了蜂窩密封的幾何參數(shù),包括密封間隙、蜂窩孔深、蜂窩孔徑對透平級氣動(dòng)性能的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著蜂窩密封間隙的增大,動(dòng)葉下游靜葉內(nèi)二次流損失增加,透平級內(nèi)總總等熵效率下降,密封內(nèi)泄漏量近似線性增加;隨著蜂窩孔深的增大,總總等熵效率先增大后基本趨于定值,泄漏量則隨孔深的增大先減小然后趨于定值;蜂窩孔徑對透平級氣動(dòng)性能的影響主要取決于孔內(nèi)和密封出口的泄漏流場結(jié)構(gòu),隨著蜂窩孔徑的增大,總總等熵效率逐漸增大,泄漏量逐漸減小;蜂窩密封間隙的變化對主流流場的影響顯著,蜂窩孔徑的變化對主流流場的影響次之,而蜂窩孔深對主流流場的影響較弱。
[Abstract]:The effect of the geometric dimension of the honeycomb blade top seal on the aerodynamic performance of the high pressure cylinder of steam turbine is studied by numerical method. The geometric parameters of the honeycomb seal, including the sealing clearance, the honeycomb hole depth, are analyzed. Effect of honeycomb aperture on aerodynamic performance of turbine stage. The results show that with the increase of honeycomb seal clearance, the secondary flow loss in the lower stator blade increases, the total Isentropic efficiency decreases and the leakage increases linearly. With the increase of honeycomb hole depth, the total Isentropic efficiency increases first and then tends to a fixed value, and the leakage decreases first and then tends to a fixed value with the increase of the hole depth. The effect of honeycomb aperture on the aerodynamic performance of turbine stage mainly depends on the leakage flow field structure in the hole and seal outlet. With the increase of honeycomb aperture the total Isentropic efficiency increases gradually and the leakage decreases gradually. The change of honeycomb seal clearance has a significant effect on the mainstream flow field, followed by the change of honeycomb aperture, while the effect of honeycomb depth on the mainstream flow field is weak.
