折齒形螺旋鰭片管傳熱特性和阻力特性試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the whole society needs more and more electricity, and the coal and natural gas as the main fuel still occupy a high proportion in the whole electric power production. The rapid growth of energy consumption is accompanied by the aggravation of environmental pollution, so how to improve the efficiency of energy utilization and reduce the emission of pollutants has become one of the most important issues in the world. In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchangers, various kinds of finned tubes are widely used in power plant boilers. For example, the helical fin tube is applied to the waste heat boiler of gas-steam combined cycle, but there is no standard calculation method for the uniform heat release coefficient and resistance coefficient of the flue gas side of the helical fin tube. In this study, 10 kinds of zigzag helical fin tubes with different specifications are selected. These test tubes are often used in practical projects, or for the convenience of study, the structural parameters are properly extended on the basis of common specifications. The exothermic characteristics and resistance characteristics of the smoke side of the 10 kinds of test tubes were studied respectively, and the correlation formulas of the heat release coefficient and the resistance coefficient of the smoke side of each spiral fin tube were obtained. It provides the basis for the selection of heat transfer coefficient and resistance coefficient of waste heat boiler. At the same time, according to the correlation formula, the effects of fin spacing, fin height, transverse pitch and tube outer diameter on the heat transfer and resistance characteristics are analyzed, so as to optimize the finned tube structure. It provides the basis for increasing the heat release coefficient and reducing the resistance coefficient of the flue gas side.
