中小型鋼鐵企業(yè)節(jié)能技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:鋼鐵行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),同時也是傳統(tǒng)的高耗能高污染的行業(yè),鋼鐵工業(yè)能耗約占我國總能耗的15%左右。目前,我國鋼鐵行業(yè)能效水平與國際先進水平相比仍有較大的差距,尤其是中小型鋼鐵企業(yè)的能源利用水平偏低。針對適用于我國鋼鐵行業(yè)的節(jié)能技術(shù)進行研究,并對中小型鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中的余熱余能利用及節(jié)約用電技術(shù)改造進行重點研究。主要工作和貢獻(xiàn)如下:(1)分析了國內(nèi)外鋼鐵行業(yè)節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀,提出我國鋼鐵企業(yè)能效水平與國外先進企業(yè)相比仍有巨大的差距,尤其是余熱余能的回收利用率偏低,節(jié)能潛力巨大。(2)從節(jié)能技術(shù)的內(nèi)容、特點、使用條件和對象等方面,對適用于我國鋼鐵企業(yè)的節(jié)能技術(shù)進行研究和分析,重點研究余熱余能回收利用及節(jié)約用電相關(guān)技術(shù)。(3)以某中型長流程鋼鐵聯(lián)合企業(yè)為例,研究鋼鐵生產(chǎn)過程中余熱余能回收利用技術(shù)以及節(jié)約用電技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,開展一系列節(jié)能技術(shù)改造來提升能源利用水平,節(jié)能效果和經(jīng)濟效益顯著。(4)針對鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝和用能系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜等特點,在具體節(jié)能技術(shù)的應(yīng)用過程中提出了“主要工藝設(shè)備參數(shù)核算及選型、轉(zhuǎn)爐煤氣利用及并網(wǎng)方案比選、鋼坯熱裝率及效益分析、能源測試”等方法,可作為同類項目的重要參考。對鋼鐵行業(yè)節(jié)能技術(shù)尤其是余熱余能回收利用和節(jié)約用電技術(shù)進行了理論及應(yīng)用研究,可以為我國鋼鐵行業(yè)特別是中小型鋼鐵企業(yè)的節(jié)能技術(shù)改造提供技術(shù)支持和重要參考。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is not only an important pillar industry of national economy, but also a traditional industry with high energy consumption and high pollution. The energy consumption of iron and steel industry accounts for about 15% of the total energy consumption in China. At present, compared with the international advanced level, there is still a big gap in the energy efficiency level of China's iron and steel industry, especially the low level of energy utilization in small and medium-sized steel enterprises. The energy saving technology suitable for the iron and steel industry in our country is studied, and the technical transformation of the residual heat energy in the production process of small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises as well as the saving of electricity is studied emphatically. The main works and contributions are as follows: (1) the present situation of energy saving in domestic and foreign steel industry is analyzed, and it is pointed out that there is still a huge gap between the level of energy efficiency of China's iron and steel enterprises and that of foreign advanced enterprises, especially the low recovery and utilization rate of residual heat energy. The potential of energy saving is huge. (2) from the aspects of the content, characteristics, use conditions and objects of energy-saving technology, this paper studies and analyzes the energy-saving technology suitable for iron and steel enterprises in China. This paper focuses on the technology of waste heat energy recovery and power saving. (3) taking a medium long process iron and steel enterprise as an example, the application of waste heat waste energy recovery and power saving technology in steel production process is studied. A series of energy saving technology revamping has been carried out to improve the level of energy utilization, with remarkable energy saving and economic benefits. (4) aiming at the complex production process and energy use system of iron and steel enterprises, In the process of application of specific energy-saving technology, the methods such as the calculation and selection of main process equipment parameters, the comparison and selection of converter gas utilization and grid connection scheme, the analysis of hot charging rate and benefit of billet, and the energy test are put forward. It can be used as an important reference for similar projects. The theory and application of energy saving technology, especially waste heat energy recovery and power saving technology in iron and steel industry are studied in theory and application, which can provide technical support and important reference for the energy saving technology reform of iron and steel industry in China, especially in small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises.
