【摘要】：為研究自然對(duì)流情況下矩形散熱片基板開孔對(duì)換熱的影響,采用數(shù)值模擬方法對(duì)基板開孔的散熱片的傳熱性能進(jìn)行了分析,討論了開孔后換熱強(qiáng)化的物理機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:開孔后發(fā)熱元件的溫度降低;通孔破壞了散熱片基板上速度邊界層的形成,從而強(qiáng)化了局部表面處的對(duì)流換熱。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of the opening of the rectangular radiator substrate on heat transfer under natural convection, the heat transfer performance of the radiator is analyzed by means of numerical simulation, and the physical mechanism of heat transfer enhancement after the opening is discussed. The results show that the temperature of the heating element decreases after opening, and the through hole destroys the formation of velocity boundary layer on the radiator substrate, thus strengthening the convective heat transfer at the local surface.
