【摘要】：為了研究文氏管對(duì)旋流流場(chǎng)的影響,將文氏管+套筒組合的旋流器,通過(guò)與無(wú)文氏管的旋流器、帶內(nèi)文氏管的旋流器和帶外套筒的旋流器這三種結(jié)構(gòu)的性能對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),文氏管不僅對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)射流起到過(guò)渡作用,使速度場(chǎng)周向分布均勻,而且對(duì)射流速度大小起到一定的調(diào)節(jié)作用;文氏管的存在可以使流場(chǎng)局部湍動(dòng)能增大,但因文氏管結(jié)構(gòu)的差異會(huì)造成旋流強(qiáng)度不同程度的變化,引起回流區(qū)尺寸變化;文氏管+套筒組合的旋流器不僅能提供較強(qiáng)的旋流流場(chǎng),使火焰筒內(nèi)回流區(qū)面積較大,而且對(duì)燃燒室進(jìn)氣壓力的調(diào)節(jié)范圍也較廣,一定范圍內(nèi)能保證流場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定;此外,套筒擴(kuò)張角的增大能促進(jìn)回流區(qū)的徑向擴(kuò)張,使回流區(qū)寬度增大;存在一個(gè)臨界的內(nèi)文氏管擴(kuò)張角57°,使文氏管+套筒組合的旋流器流場(chǎng)回流區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)分離,形成兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的回流區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Venturi tube on the swirl flow field, the performance of the cyclone with Venturi tube sleeve is compared with that of the cyclone without Venturi tube, the cyclone with internal Venturi tube and the cyclone with outer sleeve. The Venturi tube not only plays a transitional role on the rotating jet, but also adjusts the velocity of the jet by uniform distribution of the circumferential direction of the velocity field, and the existence of the Venturi tube can increase the local turbulent kinetic energy of the flow field. However, the different structure of Venturi tube will cause the variation of swirl intensity and the change of the size of the reflux zone, and the combined cyclone of Venturi tube sleeve can not only provide a strong swirl flow field, but also make the area of the reflux zone in the flame tube larger. In addition, the increase of the expansion angle of the sleeve can promote the radial expansion of the backflow zone and increase the width of the reflux zone. There is a critical inner Venturi tube expansion angle of 57 擄, which separates the flow field structure of the Venturi tube sleeve and forms two independent reflux regions.
