【摘要】：本文就市場需求量較大的G200F通用汽油機(jī)尾氣排放控制進(jìn)行研究,分析國內(nèi)外競爭產(chǎn)品的排放性能與控制方法,結(jié)合本專業(yè)所學(xué)知識,從企業(yè)實際需求出發(fā),通過燃燒室優(yōu)化,活塞活塞環(huán)組合優(yōu)化,化油器匹配等技術(shù)手段,展開了一系列機(jī)內(nèi)凈化改進(jìn)措施,取得了以下成果：1.通用汽油機(jī)燃燒室的面容比S/V對尾氣排放影響較大,將浴盆型燃燒室更改為蓬型燃燒室可有效降低其面容比S/V;2.燃燒室罅隙對通用汽油機(jī)尾氣排放影響較大,減小活塞頭部、活塞環(huán)和氣缸壁之間的狹小縫隙可有效降低通用汽油機(jī)尾氣排放；3.化油器供油特性對通用汽油機(jī)尾氣排放影響較大,通過掃描法找出各工況最佳供油量可找出汽油機(jī)最佳排放供油曲線。通過燃燒室優(yōu)化,活塞活塞環(huán)組合優(yōu)化,化油器匹配等機(jī)內(nèi)凈化技術(shù)手段,使G200F通用汽油機(jī)的尾氣排放在基本不增加成本的基礎(chǔ)上,達(dá)到全球最嚴(yán)格的EPA三階段排放法規(guī)要求。為通用汽油機(jī)尾氣排放控制提供了經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的方法,具有較高的指導(dǎo)與借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the exhaust emission control of G200F general gasoline engine with large market demand is studied, and the emission performance and control methods of domestic and foreign competitive products are analyzed. According to the knowledge of this specialty, the combustion chamber is optimized according to the actual demand of the enterprise. By means of piston piston ring combination optimization and carburetor matching, a series of in-machine purification improvement measures have been carried out, and the following results have been obtained: 1.The face capacity of the combustion chamber of a general-purpose gasoline engine has a greater impact on exhaust gas emissions than S / V, Changing the bathtub combustion chamber to a canopy combustor can effectively reduce the face volume ratio of the combustion chamber to S / V 2. The crack of the combustion chamber has a great influence on the exhaust emission of the general gasoline engine and reduces the piston head. The narrow gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall can effectively reduce the exhaust emission from the general gasoline engine. The fuel supply characteristics of the carburetor have great influence on the exhaust emission of the general gasoline engine. By scanning method, the optimum fuel supply curve of gasoline engine can be found out, and the internal purification technology means, such as combustion chamber optimization, piston piston ring combination optimization, carburetor matching, etc, can be found. The exhaust emission of the G200F gasoline engine can meet the requirements of the world's most stringent three-stage EPA emission regulations without increasing the cost. It provides an economical and feasible method for the exhaust emission control of the general gasoline engine. It has higher guidance and reference significance.
