高溫高壓煤粉鍋爐安裝工程技術(shù)改進(jìn)及成本控制

【摘要】:鍋爐安裝過程是制造過程的繼續(xù)。鍋爐生產(chǎn)高溫高壓蒸汽,適用各種燃料,熱效率高、受熱面復(fù)雜,F(xiàn)代電站鍋爐龐大、復(fù)雜,技術(shù)成套性強(qiáng),是多學(xué)科、多門類工業(yè)產(chǎn)品綜合而成的蒸汽發(fā)生裝置。本文主要研究靖邊能源化工綜合利用啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目裝置內(nèi)熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)熱動(dòng)力站4臺(tái)320T/H高溫高壓鍋爐現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工安裝工藝和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工成本控制。鍋爐型號(hào):HX320/10.6-II1。本鍋爐為高溫高壓π型自然循環(huán)汽包煤粉爐,單爐膛、四角切圓燃燒方式、平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣、受熱面采用全懸吊結(jié)構(gòu),爐架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)采用雙排柱,半露天布置的燃煤鍋爐。由于高參數(shù)、大容量,電站鍋爐體積龐大、結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜且多為懸吊式結(jié)構(gòu)、部件數(shù)量大、安裝工藝要求高而復(fù)雜、安裝質(zhì)量控制環(huán)節(jié)多,安裝工期長(zhǎng)而緊湊,安裝工程量大,且均在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行組合、安裝,與散裝工業(yè)鍋爐安裝相比,有其典型的安裝工藝特點(diǎn)。本文以靖邊能源化工綜合利用啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目整個(gè)裝置內(nèi)熱動(dòng)力站4臺(tái)320T/H高溫高壓鍋爐安裝為例,就鍋爐鍋爐鋼架、鍋爐汽包、空氣預(yù)熱器、燃燒器、受熱面等主要部件的安裝工藝進(jìn)行了研究和總結(jié),并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,對(duì)施工過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量缺陷提出了防治措施,最終取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The boiler installation process is the continuation of the manufacturing process. The boiler produces high-temperature and high-pressure steam, which is suitable for all kinds of fuels. The thermal efficiency is high, the heating surface is complex. This paper mainly studies the installation technology and site of 4 320 T / H high temperature and high pressure boilers in the project of comprehensive utilization and start-up of Jingbian energy and chemical industry. Construction cost control. Boiler type 1: HX320 / 10.6-II1.The boiler is a high temperature and high pressure 蟺 type natural circulation drum pulverized coal furnace. Single furnace, tangential combustion in four corners, balanced ventilation, solid slag discharge, full suspension structure for heating surface, double row column for furnace frame steel structure, semi-open layout for coal-fired boiler. Because of high parameters and large capacity, the volume of power station boiler is huge. The structure and system are complex and most of them are suspended structures, with large number of components, high and complex installation process requirements, many installation quality control links, long and compact installation period, large amount of installation works, and combination and installation at the construction site. Compared with the installation of bulk industrial boilers, this paper takes the installation of 4 320 T / H high temperature and high pressure boilers in the whole unit of Jingbian Energy and Chemical Industry Comprehensive Utilization Start-up Project as an example. The boiler steel frame and boiler drum are used as examples. The installation technology of air preheater, burner, heating surface and other main parts are studied and summarized. Combined with the production practice, preventive measures are put forward to prevent and cure the quality defects in the construction process, and good results are finally achieved.
