【摘要】：對美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、英國、荷蘭等國的地理信息經(jīng)濟效益定量估算內(nèi)容、方法和結(jié)果進行了研究和綜述。當前,國際發(fā)達國家主要對空間信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、地理信息產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值和地理信息的經(jīng)濟影響進行了估算,主要綜合采用了自下而上、按比例放大、條件價值評估和一般均衡模型法等方法。從研究結(jié)果看,雖然目前地理信息產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值占各國的GDP比例不到1%,但是,其經(jīng)濟影響在有的國家已超過20倍。本文在研究國際有關(guān)情況的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了開展我國地理信息經(jīng)濟效益定量估算的有關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The contents, methods and results of quantitative estimation of geographical information and economic benefits in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands are studied and reviewed. At present, the international developed countries have mainly estimated the spatial information infrastructure, the output value of the geographical information industry and the economic impact of geographical information, mainly using bottom-up, proportional amplification. Conditional value evaluation and general equilibrium model method. According to the results of the study, although the output value of geographic information industry accounts for less than 1% of GDP in various countries, its economic impact has exceeded 20 times in some countries. On the basis of studying the international situation, this paper puts forward some suggestions for quantitative estimation of geographical information economic benefits in China.
