基于GIS的邳州市城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)是指在某一城鎮(zhèn)體系中,規(guī)模不同、職能各異的城鎮(zhèn)在地域空間上的分布、聯(lián)系及其組合狀態(tài)。合理的城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)有利于區(qū)域資源的合理配置、產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整以及城鎮(zhèn)的健康發(fā)展,從而促進地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會的科學發(fā)展。邳州市是江蘇省經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展較為落后的地區(qū)之一,隨著其工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進程的推進,該市迫切需要對全市的城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化、調(diào)整,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,針對該市的城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究成為一項必要的任務。 本文借助GIS平臺,運用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,著重對邳州市城鎮(zhèn)體系的等級規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)、職能結(jié)構(gòu)、地域空間結(jié)構(gòu)和交通網(wǎng)絡結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究,總結(jié)其現(xiàn)狀特征、存在的基本問題,在此基礎上提出空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的戰(zhàn)略與模式選擇。 文章首先對城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究的基礎理論進行了總結(jié),包括中心地理論、增長極理論、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌理論與分形理論等,探討上述理論對于邳州市城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的指導意義,構(gòu)建論文研究的理論框架。其次,對GIS技術在城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃和研究中的應用進行理論概括,包括作用和應用過程兩方面,接著對研究區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)體系發(fā)展的歷史脈絡和環(huán)境進行了梳理。對于城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀與優(yōu)化的研究,是本文的核心。首先運用建成區(qū)人口和建成區(qū)面積雙指標綜合法對邳州市城鎮(zhèn)等級規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究,其次運用區(qū)位熵法對邳州市域的產(chǎn)業(yè)職能與徐州市、江蘇省相關縣市進行對比,再立足區(qū)域內(nèi),對本縣域城鎮(zhèn)的職能類型進行定性和定量方法相結(jié)合的研究。在地域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的研究中,首先運用GIS空間點格局方法,對縣域城鎮(zhèn)總體分布狀態(tài)進行定量研究,接著根據(jù)分形理論原理,探討了研究區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)空間集聚和空間關聯(lián)特征。最后,,運用GIS的網(wǎng)絡分析功能,構(gòu)建研究區(qū)道路網(wǎng)絡,以各城鎮(zhèn)的交通可達性為研究目標,探討該市城鎮(zhèn)網(wǎng)絡結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)育狀況。 在上述研究的基礎上,本文總結(jié)出研究區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)的特征和存在的問題,分析城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)面臨的區(qū)內(nèi)外機遇,總結(jié)優(yōu)化工作應該遵循的指導原則,進而提出了研究區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,近期應該以點軸開發(fā)為主,中遠期以核心—腹地開發(fā)為主的戰(zhàn)略模式。
[Abstract]:The spatial structure of urban system refers to the spatial distribution, connection and combination of towns with different scales and functions in a certain urban system. The rational spatial structure of urban system is conducive to the rational allocation of regional resources, the optimization and adjustment of industry and the healthy development of cities and towns, thus promoting the scientific development of regional economy and society. Pizhou is one of the backward regions in Jiangsu Province. With the progress of industrialization and urbanization, the city urgently needs to optimize and adjust the spatial structure of the city's urban system. It is necessary to realize the coordinated development of regional economy and society and to optimize the spatial structure of the city's urban system. With the help of GIS platform and the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper focuses on the study of grade scale structure, function structure, regional spatial structure and traffic network structure of Pizhou city system, and summarizes its current characteristics. On the basis of these problems, the strategy and mode selection of spatial structure optimization are put forward. Firstly, the paper summarizes the basic theories of the spatial structure of urban system, including central land theory, growth pole theory, urban and rural planning theory and fractal theory, etc. This paper discusses the guiding significance of the above theory to the optimization of the spatial structure of the urban system in Pizhou, and constructs the theoretical framework of the paper. Secondly, the application of GIS technology in urban system planning and research is summarized theoretically, including function and application process, and then the historical context and environment of urban system development in the study area are sorted out. The research on the status quo and optimization of urban spatial structure is the core of this paper. Firstly, using the method of population and area of built area to study the structure of grade scale of Pizhou city, and then comparing the industrial function of Pizhou with that of Xuzhou and relevant counties and cities in Jiangsu Province by using the method of location entropy. Then based on the region, the paper studies the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for the function types of the county towns. In the study of regional spatial structure, firstly, using the method of GIS spatial point pattern, the overall distribution of county towns is quantitatively studied, and then, according to the fractal theory, the spatial agglomeration and spatial correlation characteristics of towns in the study area are discussed. Finally, using the network analysis function of GIS, the road network in the study area is constructed, and the development of the urban network structure is discussed with the traffic accessibility of each town as the research goal. On the basis of the above research, this paper summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of the spatial structure of the urban system in the research area, analyzes the opportunities within and outside the urban system, and summarizes the guiding principles that should be followed in the optimization work. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the strategic mode of optimizing the spatial structure of urban system in the study area, which should be based on the development of point axis in the near future and the core-hinterland development in the medium and long term.
