【摘要】：針對(duì)目前地理國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)工作中存在的工作機(jī)制及業(yè)務(wù)體制不健全的問題,提出在現(xiàn)階段下,建立湖北省地理國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)工作的工作機(jī)制及業(yè)務(wù)體系。提出在現(xiàn)階段,湖北省測(cè)繪地理信息部門與各行業(yè)部門聯(lián)合,協(xié)調(diào)合作,建立地理國(guó)情聯(lián)合監(jiān)測(cè)的工作機(jī)制。同時(shí),以地理國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)云平臺(tái)和地理國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為核心業(yè)務(wù)建立業(yè)務(wù)體系,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)開展綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的目標(biāo)。最后,結(jié)合本省實(shí)際開展的國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目,提出存在的問題并對(duì)問題予以解答。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of imperfect working mechanism and operational system existing in the current monitoring work of geographical situation, this paper puts forward the establishment of the working mechanism and operational system of geographical situation monitoring work in Hubei Province at the present stage. At the present stage, the surveying and mapping geographic information department of Hubei Province and the various professional departments are combined, coordinate and cooperate, and establish the working mechanism of joint monitoring of geographical conditions. At the same time, based on the cloud platform of geographical situation monitoring and the database of geographical situation monitoring, the business system is established, and the goal of comprehensive statistical analysis is finally realized. Finally, according to the actual situation monitoring project, put forward the existing problems and answer the questions.
