【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),地球空間信息服務(wù)無(wú)法反映現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)況,不能滿足綜合監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)時(shí)信息服務(wù)需求。本文圍繞空天地平臺(tái)觀測(cè)共享集成管理和時(shí)空信息高效服務(wù)問(wèn)題,提出了傳感網(wǎng)觀測(cè)共享信息模型,重點(diǎn)闡述了基于對(duì)地觀測(cè)傳感網(wǎng)的最大時(shí)空覆蓋優(yōu)化布局、任務(wù)反饋控制、流式觀測(cè)實(shí)時(shí)接入和動(dòng)態(tài)仿真與預(yù)警決策支持的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)GIS關(guān)鍵技術(shù),介紹了實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)GIS平臺(tái)GeoSensor及長(zhǎng)江流域通航、防洪和發(fā)電時(shí)空信息感知管理應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:For a long time, geospatial information service can not reflect the actual situation, and can not meet the needs of real-time information service of integrated monitoring. This paper focuses on the integrated management of space-earth platform observation sharing and the efficient service of space-time information, puts forward the observation and sharing information model of sensor network, and focuses on the optimal layout of the maximum space-time coverage and task feedback control based on the earth observation sensor network. The key technologies of real-time dynamic GIS based on real-time access of flow observation, dynamic simulation and early warning decision support are introduced. The application of real-time dynamic network GIS platform GeoSensor and space-time information perception management of navigation, flood control and power generation in the Yangtze River basin is introduced.
