【摘要】:土地資源領(lǐng)域是我國較早應(yīng)用遙感技術(shù)并形成規(guī)模應(yīng)用的行業(yè)之一。衛(wèi)星遙感技術(shù)憑借其快速、客觀、宏觀的優(yōu)勢,已經(jīng)成為土地資源調(diào)查、監(jiān)測和評價不可或缺的技術(shù)手段,我國已基本建立了以遙感技術(shù)為支撐的現(xiàn)代化土地資源遙感監(jiān)測體系。資源一號02C衛(wèi)星(以下簡稱02C衛(wèi)星)是我國首顆高分辨率業(yè)務(wù)衛(wèi)星,于2011年12月22日成功發(fā)射,,充分利用02C衛(wèi)星所獲取的高分辨率遙感數(shù)據(jù),開展影像處理、土地利用專題信息提取技術(shù)研究,對推動02C衛(wèi)星在土地資源調(diào)查監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,豐富我國土地資源遙感應(yīng)用體系等都具有非常重要的意義。 本文針對資源一號02C衛(wèi)星高分辨率、全色、多光譜數(shù)據(jù)的特點,開展了數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價、影像預(yù)處理、土地利用遙感分類研究。主要工作及取得成果如下: (1)影像數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價:從內(nèi)部幾何精度、波段配準(zhǔn)精度、信噪比、數(shù)據(jù)覆蓋能力、成圖比例尺、地類解譯能力等方面,對02C衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)土地業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用能力進行評價,評價結(jié)果表明02C衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)幾何畸變相對較大,HR數(shù)據(jù)最高可滿足1:2.5萬比例尺制圖精度要求。 (2)影像預(yù)處理技術(shù)研究:以制作大區(qū)域遙感影像圖為目標(biāo),對資源一號02C衛(wèi)星2.36m高分辨率、5m全色、10m多光譜數(shù)據(jù)的幾何校正、影像配準(zhǔn)技術(shù)進行了大量對比研究,試驗結(jié)果表明基于小樣條模型的幾何糾正匹配精度較高。 (3)土地利用遙感分類應(yīng)用評價:從最小可識別圖斑、光譜可分性、紋理可分性和綜合要素可分性等方面對02C衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)地類解譯能力進行了評價,并與SPOT-5、IKONOS數(shù)據(jù)進行了對比分析,試驗表明02C衛(wèi)星多光譜數(shù)據(jù)典型地類識別精度較高,可基本滿足土地利用遙感分類應(yīng)用要求。 本文通過對02C衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價、影像預(yù)處理技術(shù)研究和土地利用遙感分類應(yīng)用評價等方面的系統(tǒng)研究,客觀評價了數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,提出了可行的影像預(yù)處理技術(shù)方法,綜合分析了土地利用遙感分類應(yīng)用精度,研究成果可為基于02C衛(wèi)星開展土地利用遙感監(jiān)測提供技術(shù)參考,并為充分挖掘02C衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用價值奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The field of land resources is one of the industries that used remote sensing technology and formed scale application earlier in China. Satellite remote sensing technology, with its rapid, objective and macroscopic advantages, has become an indispensable technical means for land resources investigation, monitoring and evaluation. China has basically established a modern remote sensing monitoring system for land resources supported by remote sensing technology. Resource-02C satellite (hereinafter referred to as "02C satellite") is the first high-resolution operational satellite in China. It was successfully launched on December 22, 2011. It makes full use of the high-resolution remote sensing data obtained by the 02C satellite to carry out image processing. The research on the technology of extracting thematic information on land use will promote the application of 02C satellite in the field of land resources survey and monitoring. It is of great significance to enrich the remote sensing application system of land resources in China. In view of the characteristics of high resolution, panchromatic and multispectral data of Resource-02C satellite, data quality evaluation and image preprocessing are carried out in this paper. Classification of land use by remote sensing. The main work and achievements are as follows: 1) Image quality evaluation: from the aspects of internal geometric accuracy, band registration accuracy, signal-to-noise ratio, data coverage ability, mapping scale, interpretation ability, etc. The land application ability of 02C satellite data is evaluated. The evaluation results show that the geometric distortion of 02C satellite data is relatively large and HR data can satisfy the precision requirement of mapping on a scale of 1: 25,000. In this paper, the geometric correction and image registration technology of the 10m multispectral data of 2. 36m high resolution 5 m panchromatic data of resource-1 02C satellite are compared and studied. The experimental results show that the matching accuracy of geometric correction based on small spline model is high. The classification ability of 02C satellite data is evaluated in terms of texture separability and integrative element separability, and compared with SPOT-5 IKONOS data. The experimental results show that the accuracy of typical ground class recognition of 02C satellite multispectral data is higher than that of SPOT-5KIKONOS data. It can basically meet the requirements of land use remote sensing classification application. This paper objectively evaluates the data quality through the systematic research on the quality evaluation of 02C satellite data, the research of image preprocessing technology and the application evaluation of land use remote sensing classification. A feasible method of image preprocessing is put forward, and the application precision of land use remote sensing classification is comprehensively analyzed. The research results can provide a technical reference for land use remote sensing monitoring based on 02C satellite. And lay the foundation for fully excavating the value of 02C satellite application.
