【摘要】：隨著我國交通事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，高速公路已經(jīng)成為交通出行的重要方式，高速公路交通流量日益增加，但是同時高速公路上的突發(fā)事件也頻發(fā)發(fā)生，給整個社會和人民群眾的生活都帶來了嚴重損失，所以對應(yīng)急救援的過程進行研究就有其重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 在傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)急系統(tǒng)中，應(yīng)急信息都是通過比較死板的表格、樹形結(jié)構(gòu)等進行展現(xiàn)的，這種方式給人感覺就是不直觀，并且無形之中給指揮調(diào)度增加了難度，所以現(xiàn)在需要一個高效率、易操作的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于應(yīng)急救援過程之中，為應(yīng)急救援提供決策支持。 而對于突發(fā)事件的處理，應(yīng)急資源的科學(xué)管理是物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，分配和運送是主要階段和重要環(huán)節(jié)，本文將城市應(yīng)急中的各種信息與Google Map相結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)基于Google Map的應(yīng)急資源的管理，并且采用科學(xué)的方法對應(yīng)急資源的分配和運送在系統(tǒng)中進行實現(xiàn)，這樣給指揮人員以更好的使用體驗，從很大程度上提高應(yīng)急救援的效率，在完成論文的同時，，結(jié)合現(xiàn)實需求，我開發(fā)了基于Google Map的高速公路應(yīng)急救援指揮系統(tǒng)，在試運行期間，系統(tǒng)運行正常、穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of the transportation industry in our country, the expressway has become an important way of traffic travel, the traffic flow of the expressway is increasing day by day, but at the same time, the sudden events on the expressway also occur frequently. It has brought serious losses to the whole society and people's life, so it is of great practical significance to study the process of emergency rescue. In the traditional emergency system, emergency information is displayed through relatively rigid tables, tree structure and so on. This kind of way gives people the impression that it is not intuitive, and it adds difficulty to command and dispatch. Therefore, an efficient and easy-to-operate system is needed to provide decision support for emergency rescue. For emergency management, the scientific management of emergency resources is the material basis, allocation and transportation is the main stage and important link. This paper combines all kinds of information in urban emergency with Google Map to realize the management of emergency resources based on Google Map. And the scientific method is adopted to realize the allocation and transportation of emergency resources in the system, which gives the command staff a better experience of using, improves the efficiency of emergency rescue to a great extent, while completing the thesis, combining with the actual needs. I have developed the expressway emergency rescue command system based on Google Map. During the trial operation, the system runs normally and stably.
